New store. Nicely organized. Happy to see it it mall :)

I love it!

I enjoy their deal for the 1$ 1 litre lemonade but you can also get the same deal for pop or iced tea. Some decent snacks for a decent price, I wish they would put some cheap watches up there, I need one and I’m not wishing to spend a lot of money. I cant put 3.5 stars so 4 will do.

Disappointing Experience at Dollarama in Brantford

I recently visited the Dollarama store in 84 lynden rd, unit G2 at 13:32 24/06/18. hoping to purchase some garden supplies. However, my experience was far from pleasant. Within minutes of entering the store, a cashier called for security, look for camera number 8. An associate then approached me, scrutinizing my every move as if I were a potential thief. This unnecessary suspicion left me feeling humiliated.

While I understand the need for security, it's essential to treat all customers with respect and dignity. Discrimination based on color or appearance has no place in our society. Dollarama should prioritize customer service and ensure that everyone feels welcome and valued.

I hope that Dollarama takes steps to address these issues and create a more inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

Big store small isles but that fairly standard. The cashier was not friendly and scanned my large order and put it all on the til next to her. I asked to buy a bag and she put 1 thing in and told me to bag the rest. I thought it was weird but I bagged them anyway. I got home and noticed she scanned some items multiple times! Just a good reminder to check your receipts in the store, I am extremely disappointed.

Twice this week jagmet the security guard kept following my wife and daughter. Being Muslim you don't stare at our women and we don't steal. Next he does this to my family I will kick his head in. Caahier also rude both to my wife and daughter especially my wife she doesn't speak good English. Avoid this store at all cost next time I will go somewhere else

Whoever the lady near the cash register (but not at the register) today needs some classes in customer service. I dont like using the auto checkouts as they dont always take cash. She seemed disinterested and kept waving me over to the machines, before turning back to continue reorganizing the lighters infront of the regular cash registers. This happened a few times before I gave up and noticed the machines take cash. While scanning, I was having issues with checking out at the machines, and I had to shout a little for her to come over and "help", before going back to reorganize the lighters. After completing checkout, I made a comment to her about how I dont like using the machines, and (without turning around from the lighters) just said "oh well".

Other than that, this dollarama seems pretty standard, although I would appreciate if the ladies who worked the regsters, actually worked the registers instead of rearrainging the lighters.

The employees here are lazy, rude, ignorant, unhelpful and I wont shop here any more, they wont even man the till but they will all stand around and watch everyone struggle with their stupid self check out machines...pathetic and worthless...is this the future of service?
