My Husband and I went to Rona to look to buy a washing machine, at the appliance apartment we were greeted by Sandy, we both found her very professional, attentive and friendly. Every question we asked she answered. We would not hesitate to ask for Sandy to help us

We've been doing a big reno and we've been to every Rona (and other building supply stores) in the area! This store was by far the best place for supplies (lots of stock) and the friendliest staff we've ever encountered! Everyone was knowledgeable and so helpful. We went to various sections in the store and there was an employee always ready to help. Everyone went above and beyond to help us! I picked up an online order and they even offered to help me load the truck! Truly exceptional service!

If there was a six star to give I would give it to Alannah in Appliances. She took the time to make our purchase of our fridge seamless. She took the time to explain the various brands and features of the fridges

It's hard finding great customer service out there. Alannah, please kero up the great work that you are already doing!

We went to Rona today to purchase a full appliance package. Tanner looked after us. He was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. Tanner made it a great experience for us. If you are looking for appliances, I would highly recommend Tanner at Rona Brantford!

Smooth transaction

Lowe's has a wide variety of Home Improvement in building products. They have a very large garden centre that'll definitely meet the Springs needs. The staff there are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. There is ample parking and it is wheelchair accessible. They have wheelchair-accessible washrooms that are open to the public. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the store is kept very clean. I bought my Dremel tool and attachments from here and I'm very satisfied.

We went into Rona looking for a new stove. Bob was an excellent salesman, gave a lot of good information and we ended up buying. The experience was great.

We initially had an issue while shopping in the store, but after talking to the store Manager, our issue was resolved and everyone was very nice and very helpful and we left extremely satisfied.

Went in to do some preliminary research on a fridge, stove, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Bob in appliances was most helpful!

I picked up my on line order at the Brantford store after being told that my purchase would fit in my vehicle. When I arrived I was shocked because I knew that only 2 of the 4 boxes would fit in my trunk, not sure if the other 2 would fit in my back seat. Kaiden, the staff member who provided carry out service was very friendly and polite and assured me that he would help me "make it fit", no worries. He took great care in fitting the two boxes into the trunk without damaging anything, then he did the same for my back seat, being very careful not to dig the boxes into the upholstery where they would have made a dent. I thanked him and tried to give him a tip but he told me he wasn't allowed to accept money. His manager who happened to walk by at that moment, suggested I do a review on line instead.
What a gem of an employee Kaiden is. He provided me with excellent customer service and should be commended for providing "service with a smile".

Interesting first-time experience at Rona. I walked in the contractor door and easily looked past as I stood there and had many employees walk past me. Perhaps I don't look like a contractor? But alas, it only took me a quick moment to ask for help, and one of the team was on it. I wish I had his name as he was super helpful in answering all my questions and carried the purchase out to my car. Thanks Rona. I wasn't sure in the first 30 seconds, but you did prove quickly that your service is awesome! I am so curious about all the VIP Parking Spots?? Interrsting idea, but is it really necessary? Visited garden centre. Decent price for flowers as compared to other stores

We purchased a washer dryer combo at Rona this weekend and we’re very happy with the customer service we received in the appliance section. We went to 2 other competitor stores and the sales people were not anywhere close to as knowledgeable and helpful as the Rona staff. This was the reason after visiting 2 other stores to compare prices and warranties (which were similar) we went back to Rona to make the purchase. Vaid was very informative and answered many of our questions about front load washers and dryers and when he didn’t know an answer he always went and asked someone. Tanner assisted Vaid and was also a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the products. They had the washer and dryers in stock and could offer even next day delivery. The staff here and wonderful keep up the great work!

Never had a bad experience here. I much prefer their seasonal decoration, furniture and accessories here than other similar stores.

Alanah from appliances was knowledgeable, super helpful and not pushy at all. She anticipated our questions re: availability,, price, size and features and really know her stuff. She is what every salesperson should be but few actually are.

Visited the garden centre and the flowers here are absolutely beautiful. They take very good care of the plants. They are very healthy looking and have a wide selection to pick from with reasonable prices.

My earlier review said this store didn't have what I needed. Just to clarify, they were fully stocked, they just didn't carry the product i wanted. I would def shop here again.

Lovely experience at Rona’s on 09/16/2023. Maggie helped us get some blinds for a new office and trimmed 3 of them for us perfectly. So knowledgeable and helpful. I hope she gets recognition!

First time in the Brantford Rona and I can say I will be back. The service is great and the staff are friendly and willing to help anyway possible!
