Farm Boy's produce is, in general, very good to excellent. When in season, local berries, apples, veggies are available. The organic sections for vegetables and for fruit are fairly large. In addition, there are good quality fish and meats for sale, some of which are marinated or stuffed. I love the freshly made turkey and chicken sausages - gluten-free. Unusual sauces and condiments, interesting beers, bulk nuts are for sale. There is an extensive and delicious salad bar, a sushi bar, and healthy prepared meals to choose from. I shop here once a week for almost all my produce, as well as dairy, salad dressings, special sauces, curries. The staff is mostly very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We are very lucky to have a Farm Boy in Kingston!

I live at the other end of town so I don’t visit Farm Boy too often, but from what I know they have the best price in town for grass fed butter!

I went the other day for more grass fed butter, but they were all out! :(
However, on my way out, I ogled the olive section and stopped to look when I found Knax Crunchy Gherkins! I’m very picky about the food I eat and pretty much never buy anything with additives or preservatives. Check out the ingredients: cucumbers, vinegar, sugar (only 1g/30g), salt, dill, red peppers, onions, mustard seeds, natural flavours - I’m not sure about “natural flavours” but the rest of it is about as “whole foods” as you can get! And who would have thought that pickles were made from cucumbers! I just thought pickles were made from pickles!! Lol
Oh, and the important part of this edit? These crunchy gherkins are seriously awesome! Now I’ve got two things to buy at Farm Boy! :)

This store is very clean and fully stocked. There is something for everyone!
The parking lot is hard to manage but patience works.

My first time their... amazing store I was impressed by all the items they offer. So many I have never seen before....I will be back loved the amazing selection of fresh vegetables, fruits the deli the sslad bar...wow just amazing....Staff very friendly as well.

This is definitely a store where customer service and quality of products are of great quality. At times, I have not been completely satisfied with certain products and there was no problem being reimbursed. Love shopping there.

Best homemade hamburgers in Kingston. My favorite is jalapeño and jack cheese. Lots of other flavors to choose from. They also have the same flavors in sausages. Yummy Yummy!!

Salsa is amazing here and can't beat the price! Produce is always fresh and prepared meals and breads are delicious! Prices are a bit higher than the cheaper chain grocery stores. I shop for select items usually though to ensure I'm not over spending on some items.

I thought I should add to this; I am so pleased that Farm Boy has NOT installed self checkouts in their store in Kingston. It's a much nicer atmosphere for the customers in the store.

I am obsessed with Farm Boy! I love shopping here for their fresh produce and farm boy items. There are never big lines and I would say the prices are quite reasonable given the quality of the products. They also have my favorite bagels from Ottawa which is an added bonus.

Great produce, awesome butcher counter. Not the cheapest, but definitely good value
