Gio went above and beyond to help implement my new phone with many challenges not of Roger’s making. Transferring data when it is your life can be stressful and they took care of the entire process for me which took hours much appreciated the great service.

Great service at this store! Andrew helped me get a good deal on my phone plan and he really took the time to explain everything in detail (to someone who's not very tech savvy). He even went out of his way to give me shopping tips which meant a lot to a newbie in town like me.

The first time i came into the store Andrew H. was very helpful in fixing my wifi calling issues related to me moving an existing Sim card to my new Rogers LG G6 (not purchased in Whistler and not the first owner of the phone). The second time he helped me send the same LG G6 back to the manufacture for repair due to signal strength and call quality issues. so far free of charge from the literature I read. Andrew is an irreplaceable asset, with his vast experience, calm demeanor, and quick resolutions.

Great local team. They were willing to do anything to help with a billing problem even though the issue was at Rogers HQ, not in Whistler. Resolved in under 30 minutes here, compared to countless wasted phone calls to Rogers "helpline".
