RONA Trenton

Just got back from purchasing flooring from my house. Stopped in after work and got great advice on the right flooring for my project, and a couple samples to show the wife when I got home. Had trouble with the financing on my own using the website. Called the store and Fred told me to come in and he would help through the process. He explained the options so much more clearly than the fine print. Got me all squared away and out there door in no time.

Andrew, Fred and Ken, along with the 3 gentlemen that assisted me with loading my car should all be recognized for a job well done.
I went in to purchase an electric fireplace but the one I wanted was not in stock and it was not available at the warehouse.
Andrew, Fred and Ken sourced out another model for me.
When it arrived it, I took it home only to discover it was damaged and I would guess during shipping.
Called the store and they told me keep it until another new one was delivered back to the store.
The new one just arrived this afternoon. The gentlemen at the loading dock opened it to make sure it was 100% and it was!
We made the switch and voila - all is well!
The Team at the Trenton location kept me informed, were very friendly, honest and trustworthy.
I love the small town feeling in this somewhat big box store.

VERY convenient location! Close to the 401 with easy access in and out of the parking lot. Store is very clean and organized.
Dec 22 2022 ---- BIG storm coming. I wanted to add in a power bypass to run my furnace off of my generator. RONA had everything I needed!

Had one of the best customer experience moments of my life! Kim, one of the sales associates, helped me find everything I was looking for. I had a list and no idea what anything was and she had a smile the whole time and made the experience a breeze. Thank you Kim!

Totally awesome customer service which will keep me coming back! I had a unique situation where I ordered a gazebo online + installation services. Everything went perfectly except for a mislabelled part from the manufacturer. Not sure how unique this situation is, but with 100s of different parts i'm sure this occurance has happened more than once. However! I called our local Rona and spoke with Heidi (1st time) then had a follow up call with a gentleman (did not catch his name!) reassuring me that they were going through the steps to make it right. 2 weeks later, the single part we required to finish putting the roof on arrived via fedex. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to deal with the manufacturer directly as they were an american company that did not ship internationally to consumers.

Rona went above and beyond helping correct my issue. Because of this, I will definitely continue to give Rona my business. I feel box store customer service has gone by the wayside a bit, maybe that was in bigger centers, but I have enjoyed all of the customer service received since moving to the Trenton area.

Small store but lots inside. Well laid out. Neat and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shelves were fully stocked. Nice to of have to go all the way to Belleville for a hardware store. Doesn't necessarily have everything you might be looking for, but it's well stocked and the small town feel is a nice bonus.

Went in to order our new washing machine. Lowes had none in stock but the warehouse did. So it was closer for us to go to Rona than Lowes (since they are merged as one now). They said delivery would be on said date, the date arrived and it was delivered. It was actually earlier than the time frame I was given. The delivery persons were quick, clean and pleasant. They put my old washer where I needed it put (I have a claim in to Hydro for damage so I need to keep it for 60 days) otherwise they would have taken it away for me too.
The staff at Rona were very efficient, I would recommend 💯

As with all RONAS, the staff in this store will go out of their way to assist the customer.

Fun and helpful staff, Bought my Weber BBQ on sale, wasn't sure my wife was going to kill me for it, but the staff said they spoke to her and all was fine, fun bunch here,.

Great service, had what we needed.

We just moved to the area, and needed a few things for the new house. We lucked out as they had some great sales! 80% off! And not useless junk! We took advantage, and stocked up on LED lights, flooring, and many other things! The staff was great too! We will ne using this store often!

I have always had a great experience at this store. Few times for lumber and plumbing, a few times for landscaping needs. Always helpful staff especially the lumber yard even when its raining. They most everyday items you need. I really enjoy this store.

Frist time at this store, lots of staff are ready to help. Will be back again.

Each visit to my Rona, the staff have been outstanding..helpful and always always friendly and supportive. I require the use of either my cane or walker when shopping there..to save steps after they ask how could they help me..unless its busy they take the time to get my products for me..again I can't give enough praise for my Rona Trenton..I'd give 100 stars to show appreciation.

Friendly people, good choices clean store except the top of stain can.

The lumber yard workersz are great, and are friendly. The inside crew are ok, some are really knowledgeable while others don't want to be helpful. Overall it's a good hardware store.
