When I walked in I was greeted very quickly by Edith. I was on a mission to buy a lawnmower and Edith was a wealth of knowledge. She spoke to me about different engines, the process at the end of season and various maintenance pieces as well. I was also regaled with a story or two which I appreciated. You could tell that on top of doing it per the job requirements, she also believed in getting someone the product that was the best fit. (At least in my opinion). If I have any hardware needs whatsoever, this is the place I will go!

I can't lie the store is incredible. I don't understand how other big box stores.You cant find sales help. Walk into Home Hardware and they greet you come up and ask if you need help very friendly very knowledgeable. It is an absolute pleasure going there. Hats off to the manager or whoever runs . Bonus points.I just had a few things price matched.

Purchased a new kitchen sink, plumber went to install and there was a chip out of it. Purchased in February and took it back today, no questions asked they just gladly gave me another one. Excellent Customer Service. Home Hardware might not be as big as other Hardware Stores but Good Customer Service is what counts. Thankyou again!!

Bought raised flower beds online and picked up in store. Very easy process and a short wait while the employee brought the items to my car.

Good health and safety precautions were in place and the store representatives were helpful. I was able to find everything I expected to find in store, and since I was looking for a rather specific furnace filters, I was surprised to see that they almost carried the exact one I needed, MERV 11 but different dimensions). I hadn't been able to find those in any other stores nearby so it was a pleasant surprise. Prices were also good. I got 3 dust stop filters for the furnace at about $2 each.

Great store and great staff. Michael and the team always give great service and help. We pick this store 99.9% of the time over going to other hardware stores. They carry everything from woodstove accessories to fishing gear to basic home items. Highly recommended.

Always great service from store manager. During this recent pandemic, I had a chance to sit in the parking lot and observe the behavior of patrons who visited the Home Hardware store. I was totally amazed by the rude behavior towards the staff by a lot of the patrons. Most patrons didn't have any regard for the hard work by both yard and office staff. Yelling at the staff when they were having a well deserved break is just completely unacceptable. People should show patience and understand the conditions these staff members were all working under. Great job done by Bob and the entire staff.

Had a problem placing an order online. Stopped at the store in Trenton and explained the issue to the associate and they were able to help me. Very friendly and considerate staff. Always a positive shopping experience.

Consistently the best customer service I've ever received from any store! Every time we shop at this location the staff is amazingly knowledgeable, available, and willing to help. They should be a model for any retail business on how to provide customer service.
