Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Hassveen and Lynne assisted me and my family with picking out a backsplash for our kitchen and whatever we needed for the install as it was our first time doing something like this. I can’t begin to express how good of an experience me and my family had with them. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time or possibly of all time! The time they both took to explain everything, ensuring we were picking the right items and overall having so much knowledge. Thank you Hassveen and Lynne!

Just recently picked up windows for 2 cabins and the process was flawless. I was out of the province and was able to place my order with Doug in the window department who was exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was covered. The turn around time was extremely fast (under 3 weeks) and Home Depot held them for me until I returned home. The pick up was flawless as well with about 4-5 associates helping to load them into my trailer. Great service all around and I’ll be back for sure!!

After purchasing a damaged snow blower and returning it to Canadian Tire where their associates did not care about their customers. We went to Home Depot and within 10 minutes we were on our way out with a even better snow blower.

I was in quite a sour mood due to the lack of customer service at Canadian Tire. The person working the cash register near the south doors made me laugh on multiple occasions, was very personable and simply just made my day better. I did not get their name but they are appreciated!

Went to look in their garden centre for some larger tropical house plants. Wow!! Still have a large selection, wide variety. Very reasonably priced. The clerk was very helpful. Pleasant and a nice smile. Made you feel welcome. Would definitely not hesitate to shop there again. 👍👍 💯✔

Staff are always very friendly and make sure you find what you need. The one man who works at the self-checkout is wonderful and always has me leaving with a smile!

I was looking for an apartment chest freezer. And since it has become a tradition to order for it which may take months before its arrival. Thus I was hesitant to check Home Depot. But this time, it was a pleasant experience. I got my oder in less than 8 days. It was least expected. Perhaps the best warehouse in Bradon in terms of appliances and other necessary materials. It's a place to be.

Home depot with a big variety on tools, material and stuff for homes, renovation, gardening is one of the best places, with a large scope of prices from the cheap to the expensive you can go wrong. flor always clean, stuff is very knowledgeable( sometimes a little grumpy but dont we all) bathrooms are clean and the clearance section is a must check every time.

Very very friendly staff! Everybody appears to be doing something or definitely open to doing something upon request! All seem knowledgeable and the daytime manager is an absolute delight. Good prices and anything you could need for reno's

Always helpful staff

Trips are generally successful here as they are well stocked. While all staff are not necessarily experienced in home renovations, they are helpful with product location, services available and are willing to find more experienced staff when they don't have an answer.

Nothing particularly bad or special about this home depot. They have the usual quality and selection of any other home depot. Sometimes they have a really great selection of house plants and sometimes next to none

Always-ready-to-assist staff, they have one of the easiest process of returning items and it`s one-stop-shop to get household items, furniture, tools etc.

Very helpful staff

Wonderful place to find your materials and furnace. I visited them last Saturdya the 10th when they ran out of power and they were so prepared with generators to still be able to help people. Great job guys. 👏🏽

Great in store selection at reasonable prices. Look things up online before you go and it tells you where it is located in store. Pick up and go or more time for browsing the amazing selection of goods.
