Came here looking for and found shoelaces for my boots. However, if I was ever looking for cowboy boots, I've never seen so many at one time in my life! Very helpful staff!

Went here to browse and see what the hype was all about. Huge selection of boots and clothes, very friendly staff,great atmosphere, we will definitely be back in the near future to buy stuff

I'm a bigger guy and they do have bigger sizes in clothing section. Also didn't know they had composite toe shoes for men. I work in a warehouse that needs them and I will definitely come here to get some. Sizes up to 15 which is great! Awesome store.

The staff was super nice. My issue is my books cracked the sole within the first 2 months. I came back to exchange them. I had no issue but I found my second pair starting to crack. Boots advertise for work but can’t hold up for more then a month. Looks like I’ll be coming back to warranty again.

Beautiful new store..was excited to check it out....but the staff on the floor was TOTALLY useless. One girl walked around me 3 times as I was looking at the boots..kept eyeing me, but never once asked if I needed any help??? Says provides in-person boot fitting.. I guess that means Im the person and I make sure the boots fit.
The plus is nice selection, and the woman that checked me out at the desk was very friendly and personable.
A suggestion is to take one of the 4 ( that I saw sales clerks standing and chatting) to put 1 at the front door to say " Welcome to Boot Barn, can I help you." Stores smaller than this do this.

I really liked their clothing but they barely have any womens sizes past LARGE.

Nice store but refuse to carry anything over size 16 and the sales staff are totally unhelpful. I can buy the same boots online for less it’s honestly a shame
