Exceptional Customer Service Provided from Deigo. We had many questions from cabinet colors and garage floor painting options. He was patient and gave us helpful tips for our renovations. Its been years since I've recieved such good customer service.

I came into this store with a bit of an unusual situation… a prior contractor had bought too much of a colour that was not what we had wanted. Rather than throw it away, I approached the SW here with the idea of changing the colour a bit. I was met with friendliness right away. We found the original colour and then the desired tint… after I assured full responsibility for the outcome (rightfully so), we embarked on the journey together. Tint, shake, sample, retint, reshake, resample… we got to a desirable hue. Throughout we shared banter, chuckled a lot and got to my goal with a lot of goodwill generated. Overall, it was a very pleasant interaction for what I thought would be a challenging ask.

I came in close to closing with a colour issue with a gallon of paint I had bought elsewhere. The sales associate was more than happy to help me with the issue. He talked me through my options, discussed the underlying colours and helped me look at compatible colouring. I walked out confidently with a new colour that went really well with my feature wall and some additional supplies. Super knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

I came in looking for a color matched gallon from a color for Mills Paint from almost 20 years ago. I was greeted right away and when the associate wasn’t sure of the solution, his more experienced co-worker stepped in and helped me get the color I wanted. Tip: sign up for their PaintPerks and you might find a coupon online too!

Staff were very polite and extremely helpful--both were real gentlemen; great sales people who knew the product. There was no sales pressure just good information. I also appreciate the sales 40% discount which allows me to purchase a higher grade of paint.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be helped or get my product ready to go. Sam was great and really knew his products! It was a great experience.

We bought our paint from here but did not like the out come once it was appliyed. we returned to the store few days later and "Phil" the store employe helped us out so much and we walked out with what we wanted. 5Star for his customer service.

As a professional painter I find myself in the oddest places. As always, my Sherwin Williams local was helpful and friendly, and they had (most of) what I needed. HEAD OFFICE! Wooster bayonet cages and poles are a professional must!
