What’s not to like about London Drugs? They have everything you need in one place. We got a new handheld vacuum cleaner and some juice, lol! Friendly staff on our visit today. Nice selection of yard decorations and patio furniture for summer. We come for candy stocking stuffers in December each year.

London Drugs has the best customer service and you can really rely on them to stand by their products. We were buying a heated blanket and decided to buy 2 because they were on sale. However it turned out the sale tag was wrong. Without us asking them to do anything except double check the tag, they realized the error and gave us both for the sale price. Staff were helpful and kind throughout. This totally made our day. It is yet another example of why we keep giving our business to London Drugs for computers, camera, kitchen gadgets, pharmacy and beyond. Thank you so much.

Customer service here has been excellent for the 20+ years we’ve been shopping here. Mike was very helpful and courteous on the phone, and helped me to do a difficult exchange. Kate the manager was also reasonable with okaying this exchange, and Tanya at the c.s. Desk was friendly and helpful. We prefer to buy kitchen appliances and electronics from London Drugs because of the service here.. Tip: keep your receipts, be polite and be honest. just had my iphone repaired here with David L. I was there expecting spending 500+$ (says APLLE) to fix the screen because i don't have apple care(i should have bought it) , David quickly helped me with the paper work and the diagnose, did things that he did not have to do, and brought up the warrant, i did not spent a penny and i got a fixed phone back! could not thank him enough, glad i went to London drugs instead an Apple store.

The Coquitlam location is the one I frequent the most because it is the closest to my residence. The staff, particularly those in the Photos Department, were exceptionally amiable and helpful.

Ian, the computer technician was very professional and honest! Fixed my PC issue and only charged me $50. Also, I was worried about the confidentiality of my PC content, so he allowed me to watch him working the whole time. I always shop at London Drugs because they don’t push me to buy things I Don’t need, they really just try to help me with exactly what I need. In today’s world, good business practice like this is hard to find.

I had occasion to go to this London Drugs location today. It was very busy but when I had difficulty finding a product, the person I spoke to did not hesitate to get me a clerk to help. She was so nice and kind in explaining everything to me; she did not make me feel like anything but a 'valued customer'. What a refreshing change from so many big stores where that doesn't always happen. Further when I got to the cashier, she couldn't have been nicer. Pleasant, cheerful, helpful; it was a great experience.

A year later, I returned to London Drugs to do some quick pre-Christmas shopping and guess what? the service is still A-ONE!! I asked a staff member where a certain product was and she stopped what she was doing and took me to the proper location. It was a busy place and I sure appreciated that special attention.
Next I was in the computer department looking for a specific item and had the greatest help from a couple of great staff members (I think one might have been Santa because he was wearing the appropriate head gear!!)
Thank you London Drugs for keeping the vibe alive and the good client service as a number one job.

I don’t usually give reviews but this one was needed.Two days ago, I had the most wonderful experience at London Drugs thanks to the incredible help I received from Alireza! I was on the hunt for a hair dryer and feeling a bit lost amidst the vast store. But then, Alireza appeared to save the day!

Even though his expertise lies in the electronic department I think, he went above and beyond by coming to the other part of the store just to assist me. How sweet is that? He greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel instantly at ease.

I would like to acknowledge the the expertise & courteous assistance I received from Vikrant S. at Store 15.
- He assessed the problem I was having with the Computer, I bought from London Drugs Store 15, three years ago.
- He advised me to update the computer by installing Windows 11. - He helped me to install Windows 11 & put key Apps on my tool bar.

Three months ago, I was after a PS5 at London Drugs. Met Alireza, a super helpful tech guru. His advice was on point, got the PS5 instantly. Somehow, never left a review. Two days ago, my mom needed prints – guess who was there? Yep, Alireza, helping her like a pro. Huge thanks to Alireza for being great and patient.

I bought a phone in March this year and wanted to use it in Asia for my SIM card. But the local SIM card did not work on my new phone. I came back to Canada and visited London Drug to get a refund. I explained my situation and the manager is very understanding and gave me my refund. I have been shopping here for many years and their service is very excellent at this LD branch and deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you

Usually reasonable prices, fast enough service, and staff that are helpful. Also, Customer service desk gladly price-matched items from another retailer.
