Starbucks

This is one of the best Starbucks locations, in this area. Staff are cheerful, friendly, and always take care to brew the drinks properly. (I've included a photo of my son's strawberry coconut drink; we were both impressed by just the colour of it, it was so strikingly pink, and he says it was the yummiest one he's ever had.). The ambiance is very calm and relaxed. It never seems to get crazy. There are loads of small tables, inside, and a large, long table at which one can either meet new people or sit with a large group. There is also nicely shaded, outdoor seating, along the side. A great place to go to chill with a brew, with or without company.

Edited, 23/8/2022, to add: This is also one of the stores at which you can get the Reserve blends. Also, for people who like to work on electronic devices, at coffeehouses: there are loads of plugs set into the bench seating, inside.

Today I spent the entire day studying at this location. I noticed the staff were very friendly and professional to their customers especially the regulars knowing them by name. I know she doesn't work at this location normally but Jamie specifically was phenomenal! She was so bubbly and her personality spread happiness and sunshine to so many customers. She was also very quick and knowledgeable about all drinks and made my refill even before I finished scanning my card. If she hasn't already she definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!

I would like to compliment Elisa she was amazing super nice very informative made sure my order was correct by reading it back to me after I was done. She is so sweet and amazing at her job and definitely deserves to be promoted

I don't know who is responsible for the management of this place, but WOW what an absolute pleasure to walk in. It is the CLEANEST Starbucks I have ever seen, you can lick off the floor. Literally all the 5 people that have served me are adorable and incredibly competent. Smooth service, always walk out with a good mood. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!!!

Best Starbucks around!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make sure your order is correct. I appreciate all of them. There hard work has not gone unnoticed.

Amazing experience! I had ordered two of the same drinks, ultra caramel Frappuccino. We paid and waited for our drinks. But in the end, they didn’t have the supplies to make it. It was a longish wait, but super worth it. We got amazing drinks, and a four dollar gift card each. Amazing customer service compared to the subway! Will be coming there again.

This is my favorite Starbucks. They are always sooo friendly, quick service, and usually small to no line up. I went in there the other day and one staff member was sitting down at a table with an elderly customer going over payment and the app and explaining how to use everything. It was so sweet and over the top. It's like a little coffee shop vibe but Starbucks.

My favourite Starbucks! Joy, Colby - all of them are super nice and friendly. My drinks are always right and on time. They just renovated this location and it looks amazing. Keep up the good work guys!

I love Starbucks for many reasons. One of them being the better quality of the drinks they offer and the costumer service. They are usually busy so I highly suggest you get the Starbucks app. This way you can skip the line and get your drink faster. It is also great because it have exclusive offers. #plssponserme

Great Starbucks. Been to many Starbucks in my time, but this is the best. They make a decent flat white, and they are always friendly and chatty. Used to come in here daily until i lost my job, and was a great way to start the day.

Wow, this place looks spectacular. Arguably the best looking interior, this masterpiece of a Starbucks is filled with the most helpful and genuine workers in the Tri-City area. Overall, an absolutely spectacular location and great people combine to make this not only my all time favourite Starbucks, but one of the best locations in Coquitlam for all your work/leisure/coffee needs!

Amazing staff, who are incredibly kind and always remember my name and order. I've been going to the Austin Station Starbucks for years and it will always be my favourite location. Starbucks coffee is always the same, but the staff make this location a one of a kind.
