I've been going to this Shoppers for the 7+ years I've lived in Winnipeg. TD he pharmacy team is amazing, the store is well kept and stocked and clean. The beauty arear has just enough name brands you can be happy with. Smashbox, mac and stila they carry along with all the Elizabeth Arden etcetera. Doesn't compare to the polo park in store beauty store but both beat the unicity shoppers makeup coverage aisle they have. If you're looking for more name brand types of makeup.
They have a post office and a good amount of space between isles to not find what you need.

(Moray location) My 6yo had a terrible scraped knee and it was so hard to bandage (I did a basic job on the weekend but my skills were not going to last a school day). I knew how to clean and polysporin the area but there is no way I'm applying and removing those sticky fabric bandaids to a child on a daily basis because they are painful and everything is useless on a knee anyway. I asked the pharmacist for a consultation and she was amazing! She showed me a non-stick gauze and stretchy wrap, then helped me apply it... and, bonus: she assured me the wound was healing with no signs of infection after my 2 days of care (I'm squimish with blood and it was disgusting so I really needed to hear that). The wrap held very nicely for the school day and I feel well equipped to deal with this until it's fully healed. I'm super grateful for the parental support and to have the right supplies to make wound care as pain free as possible.
Yay for not passing on the 90's kid trauma of peroxide and fabric bandaids! 😊

Love the customer service we received from Joanne at their Portage branch close to Moray street (Winnipeg). Joanne has such a polite, friendly, warm & professional way of talking to us & anyone I have seen her interact with. We love to go to the store if she is around. We are sure to come out of the store with a smile on our faces & always makes us feel special even if it is a short chat at the cashier or on the floor where Joanne always goes out of her way to help us with whatever we are looking for. All the best & Bravo to Shoppers for having such nice staff that makes the shopping fun at the Shoppers Drug store at Portage (Moray).

I have always had a great experience here. Post office can be a little slow as usually only one person on, but that is understandabe. The shoppers will open a second checkout very quickly of a line builds up and staff are courteous. The lady at the perfume was amazing, and helped me find a gift form my wife. Really took the time.

Marilyn at the cosmetics counter was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond, suggesting products, offering the let me check out at that counter rather than the front, making sure everything was sanitized and safe and even giving me a couple sample products! Thanks for all your help Marilyn!

Omg love the cosmetic staff so much they helped me out at Christmas time!! I was trying to track down a perfume that was sold out across the city! Thank goodness they had pick up available for the Covid resections!!!

Local and my fav

(Edited) I made this review a year ago, is still local and my fav. Staff in makeup are always pleasant, Canada post staff always helpful, pharmacy staff always have ready on time, no complaints!

Hey, these guys are awesome! Never had a problem with shoppers. Can’t imagine that the pharmacist was rude. Just don’t believe that at all.
