The man at the dishwasher section today was extremely patient and helpful with our dishwasher purchase.

Ron who advised us for a BBQ machine and the compatible propane gas to go along was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Most people working here seems happy and welcoming.

Had a wonderful experience today st the Home Depot store of Greenfield Park, Christopher has been of great help, he helped me choose my wood and cut as per my dimensions requirement, thank Cristopher and to be served by you next time.

Zafar is an extremely knowledgeable and professional employee who truly spent time looking to find the best solution for me. He helped save me hundreds of dollars and I will continue shopping there for a complete home makeover solely based on his assistance.

Warning however; do not engage in any kind of credit services (credit card or project loan services) with the home depot. Poorly managed and there are many terms and conditions unfavorable to the consumer.

Like this place for quality products, their brand tool "RIGID" are very very good, also plumbing replacing parts.

A very friendly team and even with the most complex projects they always have the right advice and high-end products.

There staff is very helpful very friendly and when u ask them where to go for things they will help you find what u need

I literally work there, so I thought I’d give it my opinion of the store as an employee. The work condition are great, they genuinely look out for their workers. The company’s morals are also pretty good. We’re not given any commissions so that we give our honest opinion instead of trying to make the customer spend more money.

TL;DR: I work there and as an employee I find that it’s a great workplace and store in general

Harvard department is amazing! If you order online you can pick up your good at the front desk. It may take a while though as the service is slow.

Placed an order online and picked it up. Smooth experience. Arrived, showed my order confirmation and was on my way 15 mins later... Thanks Home Depot..Also went in this morning to have keys made. Loved the machine. More accurate than the old key maker

Came into this store looking specifically for M8 X 25 bolts (to mount a TV on. a VESA stand.
I made it to the right aisle ok, where they have hundreds of bolts, screws, etc.
There was a young employee in that aisle (when I say “young”, I kid you not, he looked like he might be 14 years old!)
I told him that I was looking for M8 bolts.
He never blinked, said “Follow me”, took me about ten feet down that aisle, turned and said “Here they are”, pointing at a bin in the rack that said “M8 X 25”.
I was flabbergasted!
I said to him “You sure know your stock”!
He seemed happy that I said that.
Understandably.

The employees at this Home Depot are particularly helpful! More helpful than those in the St-Henri Home Depot and Reno-Depot around the area. Also, terrific price.

Very large store with a lot of different items for all your home renovation needs. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and fluently bilingual. Rentals were reasonably priced too.

They staff are great. I went in to look at doors. The associate help me to decide which one was just right. I went the next day ready to buy and the associate not only remembered me but which door I wanted. Next I wanted a door handle, again the associate helped me find the one I was looking for. The associated always so helpful and know their stuff

Got the prices for 3 kitchen appliances from three different sources. And because I do a lot of business with home depot I asked for matching price. Maurice was extremely nice on helping me get the best price they could do and fast delivery the most important.
And by the way, from the few places in Quebec where English-speaking Canadians can be served without looking at them like aliens.

Very clean. Staff is helpful. Easy to find what you are looking for , as each section is properly labelled.
Proper Covid-19 precautions and safety measures were put in place and tried to be enforced by staff. Aisles are divided up and there are a limit to the number of people allowed to stand in each section at a time. Very well handled. Just need more cashiers during high demand periods

We had Jarod (garden maintenance tools section) taking care of us that day and man this guy should be the employee of the year! He is fantastic! What a service. We came to get 1 item we ended up with 5, not pushy or anything, he was so helpful, price matching, great advice and genuinely a nice guy! Wish we could give more than 5* everyone in this shop was great you can see that people are happy! It became our shop by default now :)
