JAK's Beer Wine Spirits

Really looking forward to the next whisk(e)y tasting event. As a beginner this was a wonderful experience and was a welcoming one. Attendees whom had more experience were supportive and the individual whom navigated the journey helped guide conversation. There was no pressure and I encourage anyone to purchase tickets on eventbrite for a future event or call your local JAKS as I was told sometimes they are not posted online, so it is best to call. I am grateful for being accommodated with a chair for health conditions that I have. If anyone else has mobility issues please do not hesitate to let staff know as this will not prevent you from an inclusive and equal opportunity to the events offered. All staff followed up with my comfort and it was very kind! Thank you so much for the start of my Whisk(e)you journey.

The only place we purchase alcohol or non alcoholic alternatives! The selection is amazing, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable- they have never steered us wrong in a recommendation. We are always greeted upon arrival, checked in on during our visit and the door held open upon exiting. The best Beer Wine and Spirit store in the Tri-Cities IMO!

The staff was VERY helpful when I was looking for a bottle of champagne to give a client for their closing. Parking was easy and right out front.

Wide selection of craft and standard beers, great cider selection and a pretty reasonable wine and spirit selection for the store size.

Staff have always been friendly and even with the pressures of covid-19 they haven't changed.

Such a great company if anything goes wrong with whatever you buy they have a policy that you can just return it and get a refund or exchange. They have amazing selections and all the staff help find you exactly what you’re looking for.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of beer and spirits. I wished they sold wine though! They also have a great selection of single malt whiskey and bring new ones in all the time.

There is always a new and unique brew worth trying at this store. The craft beer and scotch selection is some of the best I've seen and the staff are always attentive and helpful. Lots of items that are even cheaper than government liquor stores too. Highly recommend!

Great beer spot in the tricities. They always get in a wide variety of local and bc craft beer along side some decent European imports and beers from Washington and some parts of the states. On rare occasion you'll see some super rare whales but that's few and far between. There's usually some really knowledgeable staff as well though I think they are hard to keep around as some have popped up at Brewery Creek, Legacy or other higher end liquor stores. All in all a great place for beer.

Whatever wine my wife tells me to get her always seems available too.

Hosted a wonderful Scotch whisky tasting experience with take home JAK'S Glencairns. Excellent staff that were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely shop here again when in the area. Good scotch selection 👍

If you don't know where to start and are looking for help and guidance, the entire staff can help you with what ever it is you are looking for, I almost guarantee it. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. & VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES

They’re always super helpful and a nice selection for a cold beer and wine store.

This has been my "go-to" liquor store even before it changed to Jak's. Why? Because of there is great and unique selection of products combined with very knowledgeable and personable staff that can assist you with the perfect selection. Their craft beer wall and whisky wall exceeds all other stores that I've previously patronized. I am grateful to Jak's for allowing the look and feel of the Westwood store to continue.

Great beer selection. Brad keeps bringing great beers and updating the shells with new selections and great seasonal beers. The staff here will always be available to answer your beer questions.

I find the staff very helpful and friendly ..I wish one close to me had a better selection on the vodka coolers .u have to drive to the farther location to get the grape jaw drop cooler. Wish they had more at the location close to me by the iga

Edit: I just noticed the only reviews that are low for this shop, are regarding ID... IT'S A GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHMENT. IT'S LITERALLY A LAW. I've had the same issue happen here for myself and you know what I did? GOT MY ID LIKE THE GODANM ADULT I AM. Grow up and bring your ID, or don't drink. #nottheirfaultyoucameunprepared
