We were here on a Friday afternoon. Customers were keeping the staff busy and they were working hard to help everyone out. All the displays were tidy and it was easy to find everything. I left with a new raincoat and shirt, and my husband found some goodies for himself as well.

I came by last minute trying to find a pair of waterproof, comfortable,
and affordable hiking/runners for our trip to Costa Rica, the NEXT day! Rachel found just the pair and I was so impressed that I called my husband who came by and also purchased a pair! Rachel was professional, patient, understanding to our needs, kind and very knowledgeable. She reduced our stress and absolutely made our day. We are now in Costa Rica and really enjoying our trip which has been made SO much better by our fantastic waterproof footwear (it is the wet season here). Thank you so very much.

I had a great time shopping at SportChek a day before weekend. The store has awesome sales going on, we got an amazing deal, there was a lots of good options available in their clearance area that’s a game changer for me to find a perfect and affordable piece of swimwear for my younger sister. SportChek’s excellent service and great prices make it my go-to place for all our sports gear. Apart from this the help provided by a clothing associate named Nishita is really appreciated even after being busy at the end of the day she was super calm and attentively helping me out, her suggestions makes my whole shopping experience worthwhile, highly recommend.

Went to buy my first pair of branded shoes in my entire life on black friday to this store. The customer service genuinely wants to help you find the right choice of shoes. I was looking for something i particular in the store ( a Red Nike LeBron witness 7) which they didn't have on stock. However the customer service assisted me to find exactly where i can get and kept one on hold from the last few pieces of it in their store in metrotown. Finally i got the nicest shoe ive ever had from there! I really should've checked out the guys name so i could mention him here. Hope him and his manager knows that they're doing their job great! ( I know I'm late to give this review haha)

My daughter had a bike accident and the training wheel was badly damaged. We brought her bike to the store today and a nice young man at the back was able to take a look at it and fixed it within 10-15 min, at no cost. I had called beforehand to see if I had to make an appt and the woman on the other line was also very friendly and helpful. Pleased with our experience today

The bike department staff were extremely friendly and professional when my bike needed a minor derailleur adjustment. Jed helped me get my bike shifting like new free of charge.

They definitely seem understaffed but Ella was able to help me make an order after three separate people over two days on the online customer service failed to. Thank you so much.

Went in to buy some soccer cleats and they didn’t have my size so the girl working there told me to check the clearance rack. While I was looking at that she went and found some shoes in the back that were not being advertised and must have just been limited stock that were my size. Great service.

Had a great experience with Donya, she has excellent customer service regarding many of the clothing items I bought. She had great ideas for Christmas gifts, will for sure be coming again!

Honestly, I've had really incredible customer service at this location. Tarhiqe and Hope are continuously kind and helpful. I've purchased ski gear, protein powder, shoes and more with the assistance of these two. What's nice is T isn't pushy on sales. He educates me so I choose the right thing fit for the activity I am buying it for. Grateful for these two!

Went in to look for figure skates and were helped by Eric, who was super helpful and gave us good advice on how to make the purchase. Staff in general was very helpful at this store.

Bike service is really really good, I brought a trek and they charged me 60 dollars with new derailleur and a new chain. Caps charges me over 120 dollars with those. Go to Sportchek. The only issue is that they don't hold your items though and sometimes give it to people if they need it but you saved the item and suddenly you came back its gone. Good service! Go here

I went there on a friday night for emergency ski goggle search 15 minutes before closing. Associate Zac was amazing he showed me everything i was looking for and i came to a decision. Time really didn't matter for them. Great customer service. Thank you Zac for the help. Will definitely shop again
