Clothes are actually made tall. Quality seems decent at first impression and the sweater looks amazing.
Customer service needs a lot of work.

Couldn't exchange my purchase because they don't have the size I need in stock.
The website won't let you exchange anything for a DIFFERENT COLOR, only size.
I was told my only options were to return for ONLINE CREDIT, which would be fine normally, but then I'd miss the sale prices while I wait for the return, or to refund to original payment method, effectively forcing me to pay $9 for return shipping due to a deficiency in the company's website.

Customer service representative was dismissive and couldn't wait to get me out of chat.

Please do better.

Quality of the pants are not great… which is too bad because I had high hopes. Pockets ripped the second I put my hands in them, and the legs have started to rip a month later…
