It’s been awhile since I’ve gone into Plenty and I will be back! The staff at Coquitlam centre, especially Emily, were friendly, most helpful, and made my shop fun. It was so refreshing and appreciated to be greeted with such positivity and genuine kindness. Keep it up!

The service here is incredible. Sheri, the store manager, is absolutely wonderful and just deserving of the highest praise. She helped me find a key pair of jeans- the post baby jeans, and she was just so lovely about it. And then there was a technical error in their system when I was trying to pay that could have been a nightmare when I was short on time but Sheri just went absolutely above and beyond to handle the situation quickly for me. She was so kind and obviously I also love the clothing here.

Sonia helped me find the perfect pair of jeans and her customer service was great! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been on the hunt for a solid pair of jeans to fit my figure, and I came to plenty and one of the sales associates Wilma helped me pick out the Taylor made jeans which fit like a glove. 10/10 for quality and 10/10 for service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Their stock is decent but they rarely have sales, which isn't a big enough problem to leave less than 5 stars. I'm not sure why everyone is leaving negative reviews about customer service. The girls there have always been welcoming and helpful to me.

Wow….. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten AMAZING customer service! Wilma, was so wonderful on helping me choose an outfit for my girlfriend’s birthday. I was so lost and confused but she was so wonderful and patient with me.

Impeccable service at this store. I was looking for something specific and while wondering around I was greeted by Cheri the store manager. With her help and her co-worker Wilma I found what I was looking for an more. Customer service is top notch here and I will definitely return to this store and recommend to others.

Wanted a pair of jeans from Aritzia, they wouldn't pick up the phone and never say hi. I called Plenty before I left work, they were very helpful in setting aside a pair of pants for me and were happy to go look into it for me. When I got there, the pants weren't quite what I wanted. I don't remember her name but she was very helpful in showing me all the different similar styles she had available, picked out my sizes and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was awesome and I really appreciate the customer care.

The last 2 months I feel like the service has gone up tremendously and I love the new store location they moved to! It is much easier walk to than having to go downstairs. I used to go to the mcdonlads right after shopping but now I can make a better health choice at the new location. I like the new fall line and the service is awesome.

I love this store, the prices are resonable. The colors are mostly earth tone and I always get compliments when I wear their clothings One of my favourite sotres.

I haven’t been to Coquitlam centre in a long time now, but boy was I surprised at all the new shops.. one of them being Plenty! Staff were all friendly and inviting as we entered this location which is pretty rare I find nowadays. Everything was tidy organized and had a good flow, A lovely blonde girl who was the assistant manger saw I was struggling with what to pick out so she kindly and patiently helped me pick some shirts and shorts out, which made me feel very comfortable and confident with these picks. Dealing with me being so picky and indecisive and juggling the busy store front I give her credit where it’s due! As she was ringing me through I got her name (Rayne) soo if you’re stopping at Coquitlam centre stop by Plenty and get rayne to help you pick out some awesome finds while also being served with GREAT customer service!

Only retail clothing store I go to now. Staff are friendly and helpful and they stock Fred Perry. Prices are reasonable, not inflated like some other places. They have decent sales sometimes but I’m happy to pay full retail to support a good business.
