Beware… the middle-aged woman who works here (maybe partial owner) refused me when I tried to use the Canada Post in here. Telling me I didn’t have the right stuff with me, when I brought everything (provided by the company of my item) she was rude about it,and I’ve heard too many stories from Facebook groups, by working in the area at other stores, and word of mouth that SHE RIPS PEOPLE OFF! I was already hesitant. I’ll never do, or try to do business with this place again. I nicely told her to remove her Canada Post sign then, since she wasn’t going to provide service. I think she’s just lazy.

Buyer beware. They are incredible rude here. They tried to charge me $1.50 more than what the shelf price stated, and snatched the item out of my hand and said “leave then” while pointing at the door when all I said was “the label said $2.79”. To make it even better, the drink said “not for individual sale” right on it.

FYI these owners get friends and family to post positive reviews. If you wish to experience first hand how rude, dismissive and miserable these owners are I recommend a visit to this store to find out.

Very rude and miserable owner/operators of this store. When every other Canada Post center will accept mastercard this store forces you to pay with debit for Canada Post transactions.

The store itself is more expensive for the items but the experience couldn't be more bare bones. What am I paying a premium for and why won't they accept Mastercard for Canada Post when everywhere else does? He told me to my face when I tried to pay import duties with a Mastercard that my taxes weren't his problem. I'm sorry buddy but how in a million years would my import duties ever be any problem of yours?

I feel sorry for the people who have to collect their packages from this existentially miserable man, nevermind actually buy any overpriced item at this store and get treated terribly.

Tried to sneak on an extra .40 cent charge on a pop I bought!

Horribly rude woman that is one of the owners.. short changed me by 10$ years ago when I was breaking a $20 on a drink. They resell products not intended for resale...I would never come here except it's my designated pick up point for canada post. Went there today to pick up an order and she tried telling me the post office was "closed".. then refused to scan my pick up notification email from canada post. Going to file a complaint with canada post and I urge others to do so as well as what this woman does is illegal.

The female is horribly rude and does not like doing anything Canada Post. She sends your mail to the wrong address even when you pay wayyyyy more for express post! ($15-very important documents) NEVER going there again!!! I suggest you don't either if you want your mail handled correctly.

Terrible service, rude workers, I recently moved and was assigned this post office due to my new address. I literally dread going there to pick up packages. I’m honestly floored at how rude and dismissive they are. It’s really sad that they’re even allowed to run a post office out of this store.

Terrible service - I can’t think of any store I’ve been to in recent memory that is less interested in having customers. Unfortunately I’m stuck as they’re my designated Canada Post pickup location, but I’ve vowed never to purchase anything from their store.

bought an overpriced gatorade for 4.50 ,gave the lady 5.00,she gave me a quarter and 2 nickels,walked out of store,realized the two nickels,went back in to tell her and she said I was lying. Totally ridiculous, she obviously short changes people so watch out for that!!!

Went to purchase stamps.The person in the post office should not be in customer service. He was very rude. I am new to the area and this was my first experience of such disrespect. They have lost my business.

The worst customer service ever!! The old Chinese guy is rude. If you can avoid this place do so. I will never go there again until there is new owners

Terrible people, terrible selection. Also don't send your packages here
