It's always a pleasure shopping in the Cobourg location! They have changed the store layout and the merchandising is beautiful, along with the great prices. The staff are very friendly and the owner/manager is a really nice guy. I always stop in when I have a new decor project. Great job!!!

this store is amazing and have amazing deals. They are under new management and has had a.big makeover. The staff was so helpful and even the manager came to help us while we were shopping. This particular store carries a wide variety of items and I love their deals section.

I went in today and had a great experience. The young gentlemen at the checkout counter was very professional and cordial. I had trouble finding an item and he went to get it for me so that I didn't have to get back in line. Highly recommend.

My last visit with my family was in 2023 and we decided that we will not buy anything from this store anymore as staff being rude, aisles were very crowded, hard to find the products as shelves were empty. This place was very congested to shop.

Recently, I came to bell for my mobile issues and by the look of it from outside I couldn't stop myself going in the hart store and what a change this store has gone through.

Amazing displays,all shelves are full.I found my product in less then 5 minutes. Beautiful and well organised store and staff w ere friendly. Very happy to see this store change like that.

I love going to HART in Cobourg. They always have new stuff and great deals but it's one staff member in particular that always makes my experience great - that's Nancy. She's always so pleasant and helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure I have what I need and always tells me about great new finds. Keep up the great work Nancy! Thank you for a great experience.

I was searching for some storage bins at different stores and found a great deal on nice ones that were the right size I was looking for at the Hart store in Cobourg today (January 6, 2024). There was a sale going on and the Manager happened to be close by and was able to assist in confirming the price and even offered a better deal since I needed so many (I bought all of the ones in the size I wanted, which was 26 bins!!). He and a cashier even assisted with loading them in my vehicle, which was so nice!. I very much appreciate the help I received and the awesome deal on the bins. Customer service like this definitely deserves a shout out!!

I recently purchased a TV stand with an electric fireplace at Hart in Cobourg. The service was excellent. amazing deals on bedding and linens, but what really set the difference is the staff who provided the excellent service, I was lucky enough to witness how Swarna, Kim and another ladies who were happily working together as a team, helping each other while helping the customer, they really created the most pleasant atmosphere for shoppers

Hart has lots of merchandise at reasonable prices, and things you would find anywhere else, different and almost unique znd affordable.
