I think she was a store supervisor..im not sure. Anyway, she was very helpful because we're looking for a winter boots that good for -60°c. And this lady was so amazing..she helps a lot. I forgot her name. We bought 3 winter boots with my co driver.

I would like to share my positive shopping experience at Marks Polo Park location. The staff there are very helpful. I am closer to the mcphillips location but unfortunately never a good shopping experience there. Thank you to the cashiers and associates who were there to help me out . I will shop at this location in the future.

I went there for safety shoes and they had a fantastic variety

The staff here is great. after learning that the shoes I was looking for were an online exclusive, the woman helping me out offered to order them for me or show me some options they had in store. I chose to see what they had, she showed me quite a few options and helped me pick the right shoe for me. She made the whole transaction easy and quick (which was great as I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time), plus she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely shop here again.

Great service. Had a pair of boots that some issues with the traction on demand component. It was under 100 days from purchase and I wore them daily for about a month.
Replaced without any issue. Simply a "no problem" and a new pair were brought up to the counter. Another 100 days added to new pair too.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The employees here are always more than helpful and are actually competent. I've driven over here to get help with purchases many times when other locations couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me. Highly recommend the Empress location, it's the only one I go to now!

Never had a bad experience here. Today I couldn't find the boot specific size I was looking for and someone who was working looked them up and found that Unicity had my size. She called them and had them hold them for me. When I got to Unicity sure enough they were there.

I recently visited this place and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable!

I work in the trades and I buy pretty much all of my work gear here. And the shirts are great. They've got just a little bit of spandex in them so I can work all day without them ever coming untucked from my jeans.

Great customer service. And very informative when it comes to returns and exchanges. Employees very respectful when it comes to helping customers find what they are looking for!

The place is so nice, you can find all the product that you need in a flash..well organized and very frienly staff

Comfy atmosphere..

Great place for work boots, rugged work wear, and ever since their rebranding; amazing place for street wear as well. Definitely larger men's selection, but it is no longer JUST a work wear store. Good staff, very helpful.

This is a nice location, very clean change rooms and usually isn't too busy. You can find some good deals too, the Alfred Sung brand usually have sales towards the end of a season for 1/3 of original price.

Had to do an exchange after boxing day, store staff very helpful, exchange process was quick and painless 👍
