I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received at Shoppers Drug Mart(8962 152 street) on 18 Aug 2024.I was assisted by two amazing ladies during my visit.

Firstly, I would like to specifically mention RAMAN who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
Secondly, I was also assisted by another wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately did not catch. However, I want to highlight her exceptional customer service as well. She was equally helpful, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered.

Both of these ladies truly exemplify what great customer service should be. Please pass along my thanks to them and the management team for creating such a welcoming environment.

The pharmacist on August 9 2024 was amazing! I didn’t get her name, she had long brown hair. She was helpful and made sure my medications and skin care routine were not interacting. Thank you!!

COSMETICS:
Jenna at the cosmetics counter is always so friendly. She genuinely greets you everytime you walk in. She's also very knowledgeable and does her best to find the products I need (regardless of department).

Anytime I see her interact with both customers and coworkers, she's very pleasant. The store benefits from having people like her.

My mom loves seeing her on seniors day :).

SHOPPING SELECTION:
I thoroughly enjoy the selection of brands available in each department. Anytime I look at hair care or in vitamins or even groceries, I always learn something new and want to try it :)

PHARMACY:
No bad experiences at this pharmacy. It is one of the busier ones so it does take a while. I just go roam around if it's not ready yet.

OVERALL:
A great shoppers to go to :)

Jenna was exceptionally helpful.
I was at the store to buy perfume for myself , she made me tried on my body before making final purchase. She didn’t pressured me at all to make purchase rightaway.

I went to the pharmacy and had an amazing experience with the Pharmacy. Sunny was the pharmacist that was helping my senior mother and he was very kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient during his explanations! I would definitely recommend this location!

I visited this place tonight, Jenna in the cosmetics section was very nice . She is very sweet, humble and polite. Will surely visit this place again because of her.

Open really late. The medication was filled quickly. The asian guy working at night in the medication section is awesome and hardworkin

This is a very convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised, especially after seeing other reviews. This is where I've been getting various vaccines, and it's been fast and the workers I've had have been prompt and mindful.

I would like to thank Noemi for her intelligent & very friendly services to me and my wife. It was store closing hours (cosmetic department) but I do not see her rushing us. She was patient and very professional. She understood our needs and offered us the best customer services. I would definitely go back again to her anytime I need stuff from cosmetics. You are the best, Noemi.

Best suited pharmacy for me, as it is very near to where I live and it remains open 24x7....

In my experience I did buy a lot of things and it’s a good store to go to just to see how things is. Employees are really nice. And but the sales is really pricey.

Pharmacy assistant Harpreet and pharmacist Sukhi saved my day today. I needed 2 doses of antibiotic for my nursing home patient who got discharged from hospital at 3pm. We did not have it in stock at our pharmacy so I called the pharmacies around the nursing home area and they did not have it either. I phoned the hospital back to ask them to provide the 2 doses and they said they will. So I left work with peace of mind. Lo and behold, nurse phones me before 10pm that hospital did not send anything!!! So I called several pharmacies near my home, and only this Shoppers Drug Mart location has it. Sukhi and Harpreet gladly helped me out and I was able to pick it up in less than half an hour. Thank you sooooo much for going above and beyond your duties to extend such great service to us. 😊

Every time I go in, I'm greeted by excellent customer service. In Cosmetics, Britt has always gone above and beyond for me. This time she spent helping me find the perfect perfume for my wife and not once did I feel rushed or upsold. Consistently very professional and friendly. I reccomend this shoppers to everyone, even the cashiers are top notch. I was helped by a tall fellow named Paul, and again, excellent service. My favorite shoppers by far.

I was at this shopper’s location last week. I have received a great services from Noemi. She helped me in choosing the fragrances and also, helped in claiming the best store offers.

Been in surrey as a visitor from Australia. Can't find good customer service very often in Surrey. But this store is an exception. Our cashier at cosmetics section, Preet, went above and beyond to provide us the best customer service. We tested around 10 perfumes before making a selection and had issue with Pc optimum points. Preet maintained her smile and customer service all along. Very satisfied customer.

This Shoppers is near to my residence. Best place for emergency needs of medical supply or other stuff as it is open 24/7.

Made a quick stop and was able to get the stuff I need. Has self checkout so I was in and out pretty quick.

No complaints at this location. Have visited late night to get a prescription and never had any issues.
