Friendly staff, small store but still has pretty much anything you need. Love their Every Day brand of products too...and they're cheaper than most other places

Customer service can be a hit and miss depending on the staff working at the time.

Some are condescending and rude to their customers who may be having a good time on a Friday/Saturday night with their friends (not causing any trouble to the store).

I would say, 'Disappointed' would be an appropriate word to describe my experience. Considering Crowfoot Wine & Spirits put customer service as one of their company values.

However, I would recommend visiting their Signature Crowfoot location. Which is quite amazing with their alcohol selections and the staff there are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.

Love the consistency of the low $19.99 two-six Smirnoff/Sky everyday pricing on Vodka, and their store hours are equally consistant and in the top 3 too! Can't be beat by any store DT, at least not that I am aware of currently!!

The staff have always been great. The only employee I know by name is Austin and he knows where everything is. Also a very convenient location for me.

Awesome staff and great selection. Sale pricing is great, and regular pricing is decent as well. Rewards system is sweet too, especially when you purchase products with bonus points.

Good prices. They always have something on sale. Pull up parking which is very handy.

We were interested in planning a private party, and I was directed to contact Crowfoot's downtown location to order a couple of beer kegs.

I dealt with Kiefer, who was extremely helpful and polite. There were some issues with getting the right adapter for European kegs vs. North American kegs, and he went the extra mile to make sure the right adapter is available.

I also needed the keg to be cooled before I picked it up, and they offered to refrigerate it the night before so it would be cold on the day of the party.

I would highly recommend getting a beer keg through them.
