The staff here are all amazing! I was in over the May long weekend, and although it was absolute chaos (everyone in Orleans was at the mall this day) the staff were all so welcoming, helpful and kind. Amazing customer service! I will continue to bring my business here.

A very well stocked and clean American Eagle Outfitters clothing store within Place D'Orleans Shopping mall. The staff here are extremely friendly and always seem very happy and smiling. This seems like an amazing place to work with excellent teamwork.

This store is easily accessible and can be found inside the main front entrance and slightly to the right.

I went in to buy some jeans this afternoon, and was having a bit of a hard time finding the right pair. While I had given a simple description of what I was looking for, an employee by the name Charlotte came right over and brought me a pair of jeans that fit exactly how I wanted. She was so incredibly helpful, sweet and kind. While checking out, she genuinely made an effort to connect with my sister and I, and I absolutely loved speaking with her.

I had the best shopping experience today with Roxanne and Amélie! I’m at that location often and really have to give kudos to most of the staff but special shout-out to the two ladies mentioned above.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for some cute shorts. Shaelynn was so so helpful, she provided a BUNCH of options and helped me find the right fit. She provided customer service of SUPER high quality. Also, manager is wonderful as well, very nice and welcoming 🥰

In light of lockdown, I was not sure about ordering a few AE items on-line. That is when I called the store and the awesome manager Roxanne advised that AE has a virtual shopping experience. My daughter and I emailed her our style and colour preferences and she pulled together the clothes. We set up a time on a WebEx and got our own personalized shopping experience. Another staff, Ashely was so helpful with running to get other colours or styles.

It was so interactive and we had the whole store virtually to ourselves. It was so well done and so much fun. We came away with so fabulous choices and the clothes arrived a few days later for pick up at the store.

Cannot say enough about how well the pick up works as well. Just select the store on the app and you can actually get the clothes same or next day. It is amazing.

Pleased that the management of Place AE is so dedicated and making the most of the limitations we are given in Covid.

You need to get shopping with Roxanne and her wonderful staff.

Good store, employees are nice, they don't bother you unless you ask.
As good of a selection as you're gonna get around east Ottawa.
I'd recommend Bayshore, though, if you're willing to drive all the way. They usually have more choices.

Great service from Abigale at American Eagle outfitters. Lots of staffing hand to help with change rooms, questions, and for making suggestions. They have some new fall items in store that look really good too.

Awesome staff!! I went there on the 26th of February (2020) and I’ve loved the way the staff were with me. I felt comfortable and they really helped me found the jeans that fited just right.

The Place D'Orleans store is always so clean, tidy and appealing to shop in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely love shopping at this location. Bravo to management.
