Personal anecdote: Bought a pump on Wednesday, realized Thursday my existing pump had simply a burnt switch, fixed my pump and returned the pump Friday with absolutely no issue. Fantastic costumer service and the employees know their stuff!

After exchanging multiple emails with Mikael with different plans from a new pool, to moving our old pool to our new house and back to buying a new one, my wife and I went to see him. The experience was great. Not a traditional pushy salesman, gave us all the options and explained them. Also recommended things that weren't necessarily the most expensive but rather what we needed.

We will definitely be repeat customers.

Needed to replace the liner for my 24' ageing above ground pool, after dealing with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales person (Mikael Boucher), I purchased a completely new 24' resin pool with salt system.

Installation was completed today by a highly professional crew of Piscine René Pitre installers. They showed up on time as previously scheduled, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, all to my total satisfaction and gratitude.

This is my 3rd. pool in 40 years, with 3 different pool dealers, this current transaction from start to finish with Piscine René Pitre, is the far best service and experience I've every encountered.

Our 20 year old pool collapsed in June so a couple of weeks later, I submitted a request for an online estimate with Trevi. They were supposed to call back within 24 hours. I resubmitted my request to them, reminding them that I had not heard from them. Meanwhile, I did the same for Rene Pitre. The salesman called me back the following morning and then again in the afternoon. He provided a lot of information, answered all my questions and after consulting my husband, we went for it. He told me we would have it by the 12th of July, depending on the weather. He called me a week before it was delivered and then the gentleman who installed the pool called and told me when it was to be installed. He did it today. At each point of this sale, they have been friendly and informative and professional. I very much recommend them to everyone. Oh and I still have not gotten a call from Trevi.

By far it has been a great experience every time I go here, the people that help you they are always very nice and they give you many tips for your pool, I've been to other stores just to try but always come back here, their service is amazing, very happy to have them close to my place.
