Can't say enough good things about their services. I had 2 wall-mounted AC's installed at my duplex where space was really challenging. They had everything figured out after their initial visit and when the time came for installation, not only was it really quick, everything fit like a glove too. Customer service was top notch as well - I was able to reach their team by phone very quickly and always got a call back if needed. I highly recommend!

My 1st service call to Renaud Air Services was in December 2021 when my heating system stopped working, it took Sylvain less than 2 minutes to figure out the problem and do the repair.
My 2nd call was in June 2024 and again Sylvain figured out the problem promptly and change the broken part.

We have been dealing with Renaud Air for more than 20 years for service repairs to our old furnace. When the time came to replace the old furnace Renaud gave us the best quote for both price and quality. The installation went extrememly well, the team was professional, quick, clean and thorough. No shortcuts were taken, especially when passing new electircal wires to the main electrical box. Would definely recommend them without hesitation.

The technician was very professional and gave me full of advice on my air conditioner (HVAC) and air exchanger. Did the work promptly and properly, tested everything out. Very friendly service, very quick (they came one day after Canada Day). Highly recommended!

Our thermopump stopped working on Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning we called Renaud Air to ask if we could have a technician come to have a look at the pump. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days for a technician to come out, but Sylvain scheduled us an appointment for that afternoon! We were very impressed with how promptly Renaud Air sent a technician, especially on such a hot day.

The technician was very thorough and professional. He restarted our thermopump and checked the condition of the unit. He also gave us some advice for maintaining the unit. We are first-time home owners who don't have experience with a thermopump, so his advice was very appreciated.

We were very pleased with our service and we wouldn't hesitate to call Renaud Air for HVAC service in the future.

Cette entreprise Qualifiée pour un service remarquable, pleinement satisfait de leur professionnalisme, démantèlement et retrait du vieux système à l’huile pour être remplacé avec une nouvelle installation complète d’une Fournaise Électrique / Climatisation / Humidificateur.

Ils ont ramassé le vieux réservoir d’huile, la fournaise désuet, les conduits d’alimentation en huile puis le conduit d’échappement( cheminée) sans laisser d’odeur dans notre sous-sol.

Maintenant après avoir passé un bel hiver avec une température stable dans la maison 3 palliers. Notre satisfaction a été pleinement atteint de la soumission jusqu’à la fin des travaux. Depuis 1 an que nous vivons avec cette nouvelle installation, fournaise air climatisé avec grosse thermopompe extérieure dont ceci ajoute un confort dans notre maison de St-Jérome.

Je suis ravie du professionnalisme et de la compétence de l’équipe de cette entreprise. De A à Z, c'est-à-dire des conseils respectant nos besoins spécifiques à l’achat ainsi qu’à l’installation. J'ai fait une demande de soumission il y a 4 ans car j'avais un problème d'humidité et d'odeur de moisi au sous-sol.ils m'ont conseillé de trouver la source du problème et de corriger le problème au lieu de me vendre un appareil et conclure une vente ,ils m'ont même conseillé une entreprise locale pour l inspection de mon domicile.(vraiment honnête de leur part).plusieurs millier de dollars plus tard j'ai finalement réussi à réparer le tout cette année j'ai recommencer mes démarches pour une soumission.les prix était exorbitant et selon des soumissionnaires je devais oublié l installation d'un échangeur d air au sous-sol. j'ai donc repris contact avec eux et
J'ai refait une demande.ils sont revenus réévaluer le tout .j'ai maintenant 2 échangeurs d'air ainsi que 2 climatiseur haute performance qui chauffe jusqu'à-25 à un prix très compétitif versus d autres compagnies trop cher ou qui ne se déplace même pas.je chauffe la maison entièrement depuis et la qualité de l'air est très bonne.
