Excellent selection and BC Liquor trains proper product consultants who get regular updates, so this is still the best option aside from the occasional Vancouver specialty shop.

Excellent customer service!! The staff are very friendly and the environment is super positive. I never was super selective on where I go but after the service and treatment I received from all the staff that exceeded my expectations, I don’t think I can ever go anywhere else. As a nurse with a focus on client-centred care and extensive background in customer service while I was a student, I notice great service when I see It and I think It deserves to be acknowledged. The clerk I dealt with, Laurie, was a sweetheart I didn’t catch her name at the time but called back to grab It because I think she deserves to be acknowledged for being so caring and creating an experience that led me to leave the store happy. The manager Corey was great too. All the staff were very positive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to going back to this location from now on and having great experiences in a very positive environment thanks to all the wonderful staff at this location.

This location is very well stocked, organized, and clean since the recent renovation. Staff are always available to answer questions, or help find a product.

Good selection and super nice staff. Renovation makes it brighter and roomier in the store. Needs more fun drinks on off season (pre-mix Jack and coke, packs of adult rootbeer etc...)

The customer service at this liquor store is impeccable. My friend & I had put 2 6-packs on hold at 7pm and the staff held it until we arrived 5 minutes before closing with no hassle and no problems. The staff were super friendly and understanding and even took the extra step to tell us about the product and how popular they were. Even though the product was sold out, they still held it for us. 10/10 customer service.

A nice experience. Unbeatable selection, and lots of knowledgeable staff. When a line up formed they called staff to cash immediately. And what can I say about the product? I really like it!
I do wish they would post tax in pricing, it is always a guess as to what you will pay, especially if you chose several items. Otherwise they hit the mark.

Have always had a good experience at this store. Good selection, no matter if it's wine, beer or alcohol. Only thing I noticed recently is that compared to my one other goto store, there are no mixers/soda at all. Not a big deal,but a point to be aware of. Never had any issues with any of the employees.

Very clean interior, great parkings, many choices therefore big government liquor store with cheapest option. Nice area of cool fridges and offer recycling and free taste options(sometimes) for newer product. Some sales for dollar or two off. Never too busy and quick transaction. Recommended

Staff always friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful.

Great liquor store. They always have plenty of selection and very rarely run out of anything (that we look for anyway). We stop by fairly regularly as there are always sales and it's great to pay a little less for drinks. Some staff are pretty good with suggestions on alternatives to our favourite wines or beers as well which is a nice bonus.

If you want government liquor, this is where you go. There really isn't much of a choice. Good place to buy booze. Always seems to have a lot of it. I also really enjoy their "sales" like when stuff is 50 cents off. It is all meaningless when you are playing 30 bucks for headache water. Keep up the good work!
