Excellent customer service. They have plenty of staff around. Everything is properly organized and nest and tidy. Plenty of options and not bad pricing. You can definitely find what you are looking for cheaper but it's a great 1 stop shop for office supplies.

Incredible service from the print shop. Dilshan did a fantastic job by going over board to deliver my order. The guy is fast and has a keen eye on accuracy. Top of that he managed to get me a discount.

They are so awesome there. My laptop charger wasn’t working, they made sure the charger was working before I left the store and even purchased the charger. They made sure it was the charger and not a part connected to the motherboard by getting me to use a charger in the store before deciding what was wrong with the laptop. Very helpful gentlemen and ladies. Very kind and helpful!

Dilshan was extremely helpful in helping make a very special print for my fathers retirement. He was very busy with multiple people needing his assistance and he kept his cool and got it all done! Thank you so much Dilshan!

I had an issue with an online printing order and came in the day after to get a replacement, and was helped by a young man at the printing counter whose name started with Sha (I have really bad eyes and didn't want to ask directly). Not only did he help me right away and get my fies reprinted, he was helpful and really friendly, and explained how I could avoid this when printing in the future. 10/10, he's got a great attitude and patience, even though he had to reorganize my file pages due to email uploading. Couldn't have asked for a better associate to help me out.

I went to go buy a Asus Router and WiFi solution. I was helped by Trevor Jones who was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me select one, answered all of my questions, explained differences well, and walked me to a till to pay.

Unfortunately, I spent over three very frustrating hours on the phone with two different representatives of @ASUS, that included me having to call back and repeat everything all over again, and neither of them could get the router to work. They also said I would be sent a customer feedback email whitch never came. Shocking. I returned the router to Staples.

I ordered something online that was not as expected when it arrived at store. Due to a system issue for online pick ups the store could not issue me an immediate credit. I was going to call customer service to arrange this but Paul at the store called me the following day to advise me he had taken care of this for me and a credit was being put back on my card. Thanks Paul for going the extra mile ! Really Appreciated !

Great Service! Over 2 days I had to copy some documents from my tablet and didnt know how to do it. It was a rush job and it was almost closing. The young lady helped me through it and printed out my pages. She was so patient and polite. I will go back and get her name so she can be recognized here.

Day 2... same sales associate. I walked in and she said 'Oh you are back!' Like she was happy to see me. This time I asked her to show me how to print items myself. She showed me, once again with great patience. As I was doing it she came over to see how I was doing. She was terrific.
I interacted with 2 or 3 other staff on the second day and everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Hi i went to the Purolator service desk on Tues July 26 . The gal there Julianna was so extremely helpful and so awesome, that i had to mention her name .
I hope she gets recognition for her wonderful Customer Service .

I and a friend of mine who is a senior went in today so my friend could get some photocopies made and to get something laminated. She has severe arthritis in her hands and so has difficulty performing certain tasks. She spoke to one of the staff to get assistance and the girl not only helped but did everything for her to make sure she got exactly what she needed. Great customer service!!

Today I was challenged with the task of trying to figure out how to use the self printing option for some important documents.
I am unfamiliar with this process and I was told at another location in Richmond that the staff are not allowed to assist customers with printing and they couldn't direct me either.
I went to the Maple Ridge location and
One of your Copy Center Consultants, Breanna, was more than helpful, she went above and beyond Making a repeat customer feel appreciated and welcome.
She allowed me to email her some documents and she printed them on my behalf, Thank you Breanna for making a potentially challenging visit an easy and stress-free visit.

Was needing help shipping a rather large package. Staff there was super friendly and walked me step by step; saving me money on things that I didn't need. Overall, great experience and will head here to do all my shipping in the future.
