after doing business with them online twice, I placed an order and I had no news regarding my order in the next 3 or 4 days!! knowing that shipping is quite fast, I communicated with them by email and the response came back a few hours later with information and answers to my questions!!
Moreover, by telling them that I was somewhat stressed due to the fact that I was trying to stop smoking, they offered to change 1 of the 4 items without nicotine for 1 with it!!! the prices are the same but it’s the fact of taking the time to listen and help that I liked this exchange

I emailed questions, they answered within the day, I called and talked to someone over the phone which made me feel good about it, I ended up placing a large order and it arrived in 6 business days. Absolutely love getting all my vape stuff here. I've been buying from them for 3 years and a few times they ran out of the product I wanted but they called me to let me know so they could ship my stuff out faster rather than hold up the shipping, they helped me find new flavors.
