This Toys R Us in Windsor gave us a great experience Skyla went out of her way, above and beyond to find us a product. She made my Wife’s day. Also the cashier Wangui was very helpful and kind. Great job.

I visited Toysrus Windsor twice in the last week. Both times I was helped by friendly and patient staff members.

I visited during a Lego make and take. Lauren was the staff member making Lego packs for families to assemble as well as assisting them if they needed help. She had a lot of patience and was not bothered by questions. She got the line down quickly.

My second visit I was assisted by Michelle at Customer Service. She got my issue resolved quickly and was so kind. She even helped me locate an item I needed to fulfill my daughter's Christmas list.

I am grateful that the staff here always make the effort to acknowledge customers. It really makes a difference in my opinion. Thank you for employing wonderful people at this location .

I just recently had a problem with item I purchased at Toys R Us. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. My customer service person Whitney was friendly, helpful and listened to my issue and solved it quickly. Thank you very much Whitney. You were very appreciated.

Whitney was so helpful in an exchange situation where the toy had to be ordered from another store. Whitney was so helpful and professional and made the situation go so smoothly and made my son so happy to get his toy back in as little time as possible. Thank you so much again!

Great store with great location and parking. Huge selection of toys and accessories for each child's age group. Everything is laid out nicely with spacious aisles. Staff is trained properly as they stop what the are doing to help if need. Nice to see only store in area that can participate in Mattel promotions. Clean bathroom available at back of store. When cashing out the cashiers are awesome, always take time to engage in your purchase, just don't ring you up and move on to the next customer. But still very quick and efficient. Great customer service.

This is the first Toys R Us I've ever seen that is still going I've ever seen before... Nostalgia. how clever where are y'all are still booming inside of that Toys R Us.

Was dealing w a manufacturer of a product we had purchased to no avail. Got into contact with an angel named Meriah M. at the customer service desk. She was the only person who understood our problem and showed genuine care in resolving the issue immedietely. Could not ask for better service from an associate. Good service is becoming difficult to come by. Meriah was a ray of sunshine in a world of darkness. Thank you so much!

Frances was amazing today she helped me and my friend in the baby section with everything she needed for her registry. Highly recommend her anytime you are in there!

We just wanted to share that Whitney from ToysRUs in Windsor. , went above and beyond finding a special Lego set for our son. She even wanted to be present when our son picked up his new Lego set to see the excitement in his face. He was definitely a happy customer and we were happy parents. This is my go-to store for toys and gift items for children. At ToysRUs you have various options to pick from for kids of different ages at reasonable prices.

A few weeks ago we went into the store on Howard, to get some information about twin strollers as my husband and myself are elderly and we were interested in purchasing one for our daughter in Vancouver. Thanks to a lovely lady named Rachel, who demonstrated how to open, and close the stroller as well as demonstrating for us how the double car seats would be attached, we left the store relieved that this was the one we needed. After speaking to our we returned to the store to purchase the stroller. Thanks toys r us. Excellent customer service.

We took our daughter today for the first time and it was great. The store was very clean and organized and had a great selection of things. It was so nostalgic walking through the aisles and watching her look at everything.

We purchased a drone at the Windsor Toys “R” Us location. and the associate Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They did not have the inventory out on the sales floor, and Kyle went to the back and looked around until he found what I was looking for.

We are grandparents from Port Perry and we were searching for a Leggo item for our grandsons birthday that only this store had. We were very lucky Darlene, a manager at the store, picked up the phone. She walked my wife through the on line purchase with a friendly patience that is rare to find these days. Darlene you made a Grammy and a Gandson very happy. Her customer service is exemplary. Thank you!

Great service for this busy holiday season! “Little Moe” was friendly helpful and so attentive in helping me find exactly what I needed! If only I had such super care while shopping at other stores! Super employee! Please let him know that him (and his curly haired colleague!) were awesome! They made my day!

I called this store because I was having a problem with the chat service on-line. I found a dream employee! I needed a receipt and Kim helped me right away without hesitation. I had a wonderful experience watching Denise run the show at toys r us today. She's very professional courteous and had us in and out of a busy store in a timly fashion. Super helpful and i see why the store has her on their team. We will definitely be back there just to see Denise.
