A very neat and clean toy store. The staff are very helpful, polite and caring.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly! I live that they are willing to listen and bounce ideas with me for age-appropriate gifts. I also LOVE the free wrapping!!! The always to a great job, even with irregular shapes! They contain very good quality toys!

We like the perks loyalty offers. They have a wide variety of educational toys and regular toys. They also have some harder to find toys. The staff is nice and made us feel welcome.

It was a good place to shop. Everything is so expensive these days but I'm sure that's not really there fault.

I wanted to buy all the toys for myself!

Took my kids there to pick out a prize. I gave them each 20 to spend on anything in the store. They had fun looking around at all the goodies, and both managed to pick out something that they wanted. Nice selection of stuff, helpful staff, and everyone enjoyed the experience. Prices are OK, but make sure you look for the sales. I recommend you check them out.

Great customer service and a fun place to take the kids! Wonderful selection of toys, educational games/toys and books. My kids always enjoy getting a gift card for this store. Free gift wrapping is a bonus for birthday party shopping!

Went there tonight for my son to pickout his birthday gift. We moved to chatham almost a year ago and don't come into Windsor much but we came today for my son to get hia 1st covid shot. He was so excited to come to the city and get his vaccine and pick out his toy. Got to Mastermind at 7:18 today (Thusday). Found out they changed their hours and haven't changed them back yet and they closed at 7. The staff was awesome though and came to the door as we were trying to figure out what to do as a treat instead. They took down my info for the birthday gift and I showed them my birthday gift email. The woman went into the store and brought out a selection of toys for my son to pick from. He's soooo beyond excited about the toy car he got. Big shout out to the people that were there. You're awesome and definitely made my sons day!!! <3 Next time we're in the city I'll have to make sure we get into the store and do some shopping to support such awesome staff. :D

The service here has always been top notch. Anytime my children have sent me on a wild goose chase for a toy, they have been able to help me find it from my description. If my child doesn't know what they want to purchase for a birthday party or I am stuck on a Christmas gift they are able to offer winning ideas on what to purchase. It's nice to have a quality toy store and great customer service so close to home!

SPIRIT HALLOWEEN
Absolutely a wonderful experience. For me anyways, daughter got a little scared but I thought it was great. She loved looking at the different decorations, costumes, and accessories. There were reasonable prices.

I've never been to a Mastermind Toys before and decided to check it out recently. The staff is very nice management as well. My husband and I don't have any children but decided to grab a 1000 piece puzzle to work on together and the quality was great! Highly recommend this toy store!

Staff are very friendly and courteous. They make you feel important and always ready to help you throughout your shopping. This store carries a nice variety. Only wish it was bigger because they are always busy. And need more room.

You were just as excited as I was when you had Magic Mixies, which I have been helping "Santa" find for a while, as it is in such high demand. Special thanks for taking the time to control the sale of this item at 1 per person. Everyone knows there are people that will clean out a shelf and sell the high demand item at 3, 4 or 5 times the cost, for personal gain. It would be nice if the larger department stores would make an effort to adopt the ethics Mastermind has taken the time to enforce.

Free gift wrapping? That's awesome. I'll shop here again just because of that. The staff were friendly too.

Everything good quality that you need for toys for young people! We bought a high quality kite and a popular toy that was hard to find in stock anywhere. Excellent customer sevvice. They have free wrapping service!

Very helpful and nice staff! Can be a bit pricey but worth it for the customer service and if you are looking for a specialized item. A great selection of educational and fun toys. Lots of building and STEM toys!

This place is like Toys r us for educating children. Not that Toys r us doesn't have educational toys but literally everything in this store can be used to teach something to a child. From educational books to building Toys to small robots and games this place has a boatload of stuff that you really don't see everywhere else.

Parking lot could be better but it's not hard to find it get too.

We went into Mastermind in order to find a Star Wars puzzle to do the same night. We were able to choose from 500 and 1000 piece options. The sales girl also offered to go check in the back to see if there were any others. While we were there, we spotted several other puzzles that will make perfect Christmas presents for friends and family.

Lots of toys for all ages. Also good membership promotions if you join their email list or whatever.
