Excellent service! La demoiselle de jour est très sympathique et poli contrairement a d'autres endroits. Tôt le matin ça part bien une journée de parler avec quelqu'un d'agréable.

Excellent service, produits tout frais, le caissier de nuit est très sympathique, souriant.

Passer a 8h40 13. 1. 23 caissier pad. de bonjour ni de merci..capuche sur la tete ..parle au téléphone...pas fort

I went to buy car wash and the guy at cashier asked me “which car” i was confused why he is asking which car. I said i parked next to the store then he was “ i can’t see your car”
I was like “ do you wanna see my car to give me the car wash “ then he was “ufff.. which one” i said “supreme” he was “ WHICH ONE”
I said “ Thats what i told you supreme 16.99” and i gave cash he said “pay by card” i was like no im paying cash
Then he just gave balance money but no receipt. I asked for receipts he said printer doesn’t work. I know thats lie. If he doesn’t want work just dont come to work.

This is by far the WORST couch tard I have ever been to. The service is abysmal. Last week my husband and I went to this couch tard around 12:15am. With OUR 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER in the car. She was super upset and it's been a long night so we just wanted to stop by to get her some water. The clerk was OBVIOUSLY HIGH FROM WEED OR DRUNK and he refused to serve us. Said he was closed. Even though it's a 24 hour store.. Understandabley we were upset and annoyed. So we got out of the car to see if there were any signs placed on the windows of the store saying it was closed early. There wasnt.
So I pulled out my phone.The clerk rushed out of the store and started taking pictures of our lisecne plate and started yelling at us AND EVEN GOT PHYSICAL with us. Started pushing my husband. I threatened to call the police amd pushed him back in the store. All a while this is in front of my child in the car. Since this incident, I have been calling the couche tard to complain and eventually bring this guy to court. The clerks answering always tell me the manager isn't available. But her name is Michelle. So I'm just trying to get in touch with her still now. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE CLERK I'm willing to post if need be!!!

This is the worst Couche Tard location I've ever been to.

I've been here twice and never again. The staff always seem confused out of their minds as if they were blindly hired and no proper training was performed.

You would think a promotion on their official app (Taste the Victory) would be KNOWN to each store whether their particular store participates in the contest or not. This should not be discovered when the customer has ALREADY presented and used their coupon (which they've designed so once you click on the redeem button it expires in 10 minutes). The two incompetent workers at this station redeem my coupon, and blink at me as they realize the coupon doesn't work. Anyone who works in customer service should know, in this case specific scenario, honour me the coupon you essentially stole and wasted from me as this was entirely the fault of the employees and not the consumer. Then going forwards, don't accept coupons with any new clients, and follow up with HQ to see if your store participates or not. How someone can bungle up such common sense is beyond my comprehension.

Instead I'm told, "oh the coupon doesn't work, why doesn't it work?" I was left to put the items I picked out back myself. It's a $5 coupon, just honour it as it won't harm your bottom line compared to how I will never purchase gas from this station again. And yes, I did ask for a manual deduction of the $5 coupon (as they TOLD me to click redeem when in actuality they had no idea if their store was participating in the promotion). The employee could not fathom this request, and flailed about repeating the coupon did not work with no apology, clarification or explanation.

I had a severe case of second hand embarrassment from how badly handled my situation was.

Hahaha !!! Vous engagez des racailles avec un Q.I dans les deux chiffres 🤣 Le commis m'a dit "J'men bas les couilles" quand je lui posé une question. Il était 14h50 et il comptait sa caisse et il s'en calissais des clients 🤷‍♂🤣 Il y avait un autre maghrébin et une grosse fille noire issu de la génération Hip-Hop YOLO dans leurs habits d'employés qui regardait nonchalamment les gens sans rien faire.... Finalement, tout les clients ont sacré le camp dans la station service d'en face 🤣🤣🤣 Bravo gang de caves, vous avez perdu un client, je ne retournerai pu jamais à votre station-service, je vais aller à celle d'en face à l'avenir hahahahaha !!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Désolé mais vraiment mauvais service... Mon amie voulait laver sa voiture mais la machine a eu un problème. Elle est donc aller voir les deux travailleurs qu il y avait. Une nouvelle et un monsieur au Tim Hortons. Elle a expliqué que la machine a un problème et que ça à pas laver l auto. Ils ont alors appeler la propriétaire et elle a dit en gros: je sais pas pourquoi çà arrive, habituellement tout marche mais nous allons pas vous rembourser. (En gros c notre problème et ils allaient rien faire pour nous aider...😑)
