The best depanneur around. Very clean. They take your suggestions when you ask for products. They ordered special Perrier flavours for me and therefore I will always be loyal to this store. It would be nice to have a bigger selection of Haagen Dazs ice cream, but apart from that, the store is wonderful.

Racist with pure evil souls. I came in to pick up my UPS package. After handing him my driver's license, he told me that my package wasn't here. And i showed him the Email i received from UPS and the tracking number and there was my package. I just asked him why he said my package wasn't here. He got really upset . And i asked his name ,he became aggressive and told me he is the boss here and asked me to leave his store.My instinct told me to record him. When he saw me holding my phone,he assaulted me trying to take my phone away as you can see in the photo. Then he grabbed a long metal bar trying to intimidate me with it. Thankfully another customer came in and he put the metal bar away.

The opening hours are wrong or something weird happened. According to google, it should be open until 22h. But I arrived at 18h42 and the clerk was closing the doors with key. I just wanted drop something for UPS. I went to Uniprix on rue Lyon instead, it was open and they were super nice

Please avoid this store. The Asian clerk is so rude and very disrespectful.

The person working at this store is unfriendly and discriminatory. I have been a customer here for over 10 years & spent thousands of dollars. I even asked this cashier to give me the contact information of the owner so I could make a complaint but he informed me " I am the boss here!" , this is false as I have met the owners repeatedly and this was not him. If I was given the contact information I would not have had the need to post this review for all to see. I remember when they had friendly staff, its really too bad and dispointing to see.

ATTENTION!!!? voleurs de colis bien organisés car ils font passé cela comme un "vol d'identité"!! Ils ont garder mon colis une première journée car "pas reçu".Quand j'y suis retourné ils m'ont dit que quelqu'un a mon nom était déjà passée (....!!!) Ceci étant faux, ils ont orchestré un faux moi (récupérant mon colis) afin de paraître innocent sur caméra!!!!. C'est affreux
J'ai contacté la police mais par manque de preuves... Je ne peux rien faire mise à part cet avertissement afin d'éviter ce commerce

Pire service ever que jai vu de ma vie et c'etait meme pas pour moi... La prochaine fois apprend les lois et surtout pour que tu puisque me reconnaitre... un mineur ta aucunement de photo sur les carte gouvernemental et 2iemement obliger une carte gouvernemental et dire que cetait pour la scanner comme preuve est tres interdit par la lois... Au moin le monde savoir et surtout que cest pas la premiere fois que vous faites cela au client ups...

Le propriétaire est pathétique! Autant comme client que comme livreur, il m'exaspère.
Pas le choix de dealer avec car certains de mes trucs postaux se ramassent là-bas. Il a repris la business et gère pas aussi bien que l'autre d'avant.
Il a d'autres dépanneur à Montréal... surpris qu'il reste en affaire de la façon dont il faut les choses.

En entrant dans le dépanneur aucun sourire. On se sent mal acceuillis. Le commis asiatique garde les colis UPS en otage et est très, mais très mal organiser. Le pire service que j'ai eu depuis longtemps. À éviter

Commis asiatique très arrogant au téléphone et qui te raccroche dans ta face même avant que tu as fini de parler pour UPS..je ne comprend pas comment UPS font affaire avec un dépanneur qui ne parle pas bien le français et qui n’a aucun respect!!
