My laptop was in an extremely slow condition due to it being an older and outdated piece of hardware.
I had it for almost an entire decade and seeing prices are way too high for new ones these days, I figured I'd just get my existing one updated and repaired.
I was attended by Ali, the shop's owner along with his sidekick, Sriman.
Both were attentive to my needs and were really awesome to deal with.
They took less than a week to get my product into it's current shape and returned back to me.
I'm quite pleased with my experience as a whole with this establishment and would definitely also recommend others to try it out - thanks, guys.

Ali was such a great help. They fixed my phone screen in a couple hours and helped me with some other issues that was completely above and beyond. They have secured myself and my partner as customers for life. Anything you need regarding electronics or small home appliances like mini fridges, vacuums or coffee machines, they have the best prices in town, offer financing and warranty! Check them out for sure.

I just had the BEST computer shopping experience in my life! Kareem (sorry if I spelt wrong) not only greeted me when I walked in but went above and beyond to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. I also love that they offer different types of computers from Dell to Mac! They even sell Dyson's!!! Thank you all for the great service I will come back for all my computer needs!

I was quite nervous about my purchase. I was looking for an iPad Pro " and found one on Facebook Marketplace for an excellent price. It was described as new, open box. I did some research and spoke to 2 of the employees via Facebook, then I called their store to confirm the details and to verify that this was indeed an actual business.

I requested some pictures of the iPad to make sure that it was in fact new condition which it looked like it was. As I am not in Calgary the only option for payment and to have it shipped to me was by e-transfer. Never did an e-transfer before other then face-to-face so you can understand why I was somewhat nervous for a big purchase like this.

These guys were terrific to deal with and calmed my nerves. They physically went to the post office to get the proper pricing and delivery times for me. I sent the money and he immediately sent me a picture of the package along with the Canada Post tracking slip.

I received my new iPad a couple of days later and the item is exactly as described, no flaws, no scratches or issues etc.

My only con about this purchase is that I was specifically told I could not purchase Apple care due to the original purchase date, they tried to push the fact that I should purchase one of their extended service options. To my surprise the iPad still has 47 days to purchase apple care. I did a lot of shopping to find a decent price for the iPad I wanted and did not want to be spending an extra $200 immediately for something that would have to be sent to Calgary or Vancouver for servicing so I told them I would take my chances as I have never needed to take an iPad in for repair before.

All in all I am very happy with their service and the Open Box iPad I received! I will definitely shop from them again and recommend others to as well.

They got my laptop with its SSD running again after bad water damage. I was able to save my data. They warned me that due to the damage it might stop working again, which came true, but I had already saved my data thanks to their warning. They were kind with their pricing to me and open about the process.

The gentleman in the store was absolutely the greatest guy in the world. I had told him of me getting ready to go in hospital for cancer treatments and he took the time to have my laptop ready for me to go in the hospital. I said a prayer for him and wishing there was more people like him in the world. Bless him so kind.

Top Service! My husband suggested checking them out, while I was hunting for a new laptop. The staff are transparent, and clear with the specs of the item, and delivery time frame. Even when I had to call the bank to raise my limit, they got me a chair (so chivalrous!) and had so much patience. Thank you for positive shopping experience!

Friendly, helpful staff. I went in to see if they could replace the charging port on my tablet since it was not working. They checked it, cleaned it for free, and now it is charging again. Amazing service. We have also purchased Dyson fans and a laptop from this store and have been well satisfied with our purchasing experience.
