Great branch for kids equipment and clothes! There is a lot of choices. Amazing for kids gifts 🎁, very clean and great environment. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a big parking area. The new things that they have balloons helium service 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 since four months. I love it and best recommendation

After boxing day 2023 shelves are bare here and staff is busy reorganizing I suppose now. Have they stopped selling Fortnite V Buck cards as well? Regardless my kids were able to walk the isles and take their time choosing what they want to buy with their gift cards. I've taken 2 stars off for the experience my son went through at the cash during his purchase. Even my 8 year old looked at me with a look of confusion. He was so happy to pull out his wallet and make his own purchase. The cashier was less than enthusiastic. Didn't stop my kid from saying thank you and bye bye.

I find really important that the Canadian society is thinking about inclusion and equality starting from where it should be: childhood. I took this picture but there’s way more toys that prove this fact. Chapeau Canada!
Plus the store is really lovely 🥹my daughter had a great time there, and I bought myself the smallest connect4 on earth, and yet it works 💙 Some of the photos are mine at bed playing with it 🫣 Daughter had a LOL sports, misses had a “where’ Charlie”, happy days 💚

This place is so cool that it had the toy I was looking for and I can see the old sign gutted out and the new “R” had the Canadian leaf

Josée was a beautiful and kind employee that really helped me out and had so much patience!
Today I went to this store to pick up an item. They didn’t have any in stock so I was going to see if I could buy the floor model. It wasn’t exactly in the greatest condition so I asked an employee to check other stores inventory for me. They did a fine job but once Josée took over she went above and beyond to make sure I find what I’m looking for in another store, put it aside for me and made sure I had all of my questions answered. She was amazing! Round of applause for her kindness and patience tonight :)

I was very impressed by the young man in the bike department, Marc Andre. He was very nice, patient and helpful.

Also love buying birthday gifts for here as they offer a cash coupon for people to make exchange if needed wich offer you the possibility of keeping the original receipt ;)

Large selection of toys, open spaces for children to play. Child and adult friendly staff, several cash registers kept open, more added when has a line. Good amount of staff walking the floor to help clients of all ages as they keep the shelves filled with toys. Free WiFi in store allows us to check reviews and compare prices. Plenty of free parking, and good location by car beside the highway exit and access. Also opposite Panama public transportation bus hub and REM train station. Handicap accessible.

Just left and felt compelled to write a positive 5-star review everything from the help in the baby section I believe her name was Valarie to the manager Mike to the cashier Sadaf everybody was awesome I was looking for a product Valarie took her time found it with me. She was fresh, happy, good and a great attitude. Especially during covid it is very hard to find Positive/happy even helpful people... Trust me when i say it goes a long way thank you for the positive customer experience cheers everyone.

Great for kids and to get gifts

I need to thank an employee that went above and beyond!!! I was looking for a specific toy that I didn’t know much about (Pops figurine lol). Caitlin didn’t hesitate one bit to help me, not only by looking in the system but also throughout the shelves and give me tips about the toy. She was really nice, kind and helpful!! Definitely an awesome customer service experience!!

NEWEST UPDATE: Careful going here for Marvel Legends figures they got great stock but charge $5-$10 more than Walmart or EB Games/GameStop.

They've greatly improved on stock in recently in the past few months. The layout of the store has been a bit streamlined too, and included some nice stand-ups of cartoon characters.

The Marvel toy area is great now!

UPDATE: Still great, but post-Christmas there's a lot of restock waiting and work being done, so there's a lot of empty shelf space and older items hanging around.

Found what i was looking for in know time :) and even though there was a long line up to the cash it went fast and cashier was polite and was in a super good mood!!!! Keep up the good work i appreciate it☺

We had no idea where to start to shop for our first baby, but we’re so lucky to meet Jessica. She answered all our questions and took us around store and gave us many options that made our shopping very easy.

Good price,large parking lot .My toddler loose his mind when we go so i guess its a 5 stars from him too .

Obviously! Kids place for any type of toy... from fisher price to leap from and Nintendo dolls action figures board games, paint... you’ll find anything to gift a kid and even an adult! Baby r us is great for baby shower gifts! Large variety and availability. Do some price comparison as Walmart and amazon or even Costco at times offer a more competitive price

I had an issue with baby monitors purchased at babyrus. When I called the Store they suggested I speak with the store Manager. The Manager took the time to investigate and resolve the issue. Thank you Ronny and Nancy for the great customer service.
