Called yesterday to see if I could be placed on the PS5 waiting list. The person who answered the phone stated they do not have a list (their location’s choice) because they frequently receive shipments. Without my asking, he told me they would receive some this week and that I should call every day. I called this
Morning and sure enough, they had received a batch. I asked if they had enough to last until I got there (I travelled 60 km), and he assured me they would. Indeed, I got there and I was able to purchase it. What I appreciated was his honesty and helpfulness. No vague « we don’t know » « we can’t say for sure » that I was getting from every other EB game location. It’s appreciated!

A good game stop in a very well located mall. It’s the usual gamestop experience.

Staff talking about games and plans during the weekend and still offer good service.

I used to go there when I had a gaming console. The employees are very knowledgeable about anything related to games. The store also has a great selection of games.
