My sister sadly lost someone who was important to her. She brought a file for the obituary to the copy center. The file wasn't set up right so she manually needed to type it out and the staff were kind and helped her through the steps. Being upset and having to type it out herself they made her a sample, she made some errors but didn't see the errors until she got home later that evening. She tried to have the job stopped but by that time it had gone into production. She was really upset with herself and was grieving. I went into the store the next morning, with a new file and to make it right as the funeral was the next day. Because it was my sisters mistakes and not up to the employee to spell check. I was prepared to pay another $100 for the print job, just to make it right. Richa, the Copy Centre Rep was helping me and when I explained the situation she sympathized and did the job immediately. When I came back for the new copies she started to ring me through and the subtotal was $89.00. I was prepared to pay and all of a sudden Richa said that she spoke to her manager and they were giving us the new prints at no extra charge. I wanted to cry, I was SO touched that in our community in these days and age that people can still sympathize with others that are going through a hard time. What they did for my sister is beyond a THANK YOU. I did make a nice donation to the back to school drive to off balance. Richa, if your reading this, you are one of a kind, I wish there were more people like you. Also a HUGE thank you to the Manager.

Today I went to staples abbotsford and bought a macbook for my son. At first no one came to help me but after waiting a young man Aryaman came to help me and the firstly he apologized me for having me wait for too long and then with a big smile he greeted me. I have been here a few times and have seen people but no one was more polite than him to me. I successfully purchased a macbook with an extended warrantly as he recommended. This is a type of employee every store must have. Kudos to you young man keep it up.

Had a great purchasing experience, was looking for a new laptop for grandparents and Aryaman was very helpful, as was Manvir helping us with phone plans, highly recommend this Staples.

If you are going into Staples to purchase something substantial tech wise. Save yourself time and ask for Shayne. I went in to buy a home printer and Shayne was awesome. Knowledge, kind, and had time to explain and give honest opinions about what printer would best suit my needs. I settled on a brother laser jet colour printer/scanner. He even gave me the option of an open box that would save me 10%. Shayne was thorough and a great associate to worth with.

I was serviced by a wonder lady at the copy Center. Who helped save and showed me how to scan documents on the printer to emails. Thank you Richa your doll.

Aishwinder helped me out today with everything I needed!
His product knowledge was on point and he brought my new office chair out to my Truck when he heard I was recovering from a back injury.

Rahah was amazing. Despite closing at 6, she helped me with copies for my classes. The same cannot be said fur the Mission store.

Had a great experience shopping here today. The Manager Drew opened a till to help us immediately and had Britney finish our order. Both were professional and courteous. Wished the Staples close to where we live was this friendly. Great job staff and management!

I was thrilled that there was no lineup, I was able to approach the counter and be directed on how to get my documents from my phone into their hands in order to print them off. I was elated to find out that the usual 24-hour period was able to be whittled down to an hour. With a smile and a grin I was very pleased that she was able to do it actually in 15 minutes and for only a $3 processing fee. Compared to any other printer in Abbotsford Staples is the place to go if you need something done properly, efficiently, professionally, and with the Aesthetics of something that stands out. My 80 lb covered gloss menus will make quite the impact, and I'm very pleased. And I only had to pay just under $25

If you go in the morning, they ask you if you need help with anything, like 20 times. I was the only one in the store. I really just had to go to the grocery store next door, but wanted to see some leftover black Friday deals. Man, they sure follow you around when you're the only one in the store. I'm surprised they didn't wanna pat me down when I was leaving. But, I digress. They're just doing their job and I didn't buy anything. Watch me all you want. I AINT NO THEIF. Maybe this post could deter theify scumbags... cause their watching you... oh they're watching you everywhere.

The 5 stars are purely for one superstar of a staff staples has in the print section by the name Ms Harman. Very well experienced, patiently understood my complex requirements and helped me out with it within minutes. She went out of her way to help cater to our needs and had a smiling face through out. Not once did she show impatience in resolving my issue. I came out of the store a happy and satisfied customer. Big kudos to Ms Harman.
