Clean and well organized Asian supermarket specializing in Korean products. There is a produce section on the right of the entrance and shelves of products down the middle. Sliced meat can be found in fridges on the left side of the store. Parking is limited in the plaza. Although not very big, but is a great grocery store to shop at.

One of my favourite Korean grocery stores to visit!! They have great fresh produce and a superb selection of meat. It’s located near Coquitlam centre (AKA Walmart and T&T) so it does have some competition but depending on what you need you can really get away with some great items of quality and price. They also have a limited selection of ready to eat food - japchae, seafood pancake, tteokbokki and Kimbap. They’re SO good and always sell out early so be warned. The staff are nice and please don’t be shy to visit this place if you aren’t Korean! There are so many different people that come to shop and it isn’t as intimidating as you think. I will always encourage exploring other cultures stores so please make a visit if you’re in the area!!

I love this place so much. I do the majority of my shopping here now. The meat is so good and the produce is always great. If they had cheese and bread that wasn't $7 a half loaf I'd be able to do all my shopping here.

Best kimchi in Vancouver! Their homemade kimchi is my absolute favourite and worth the drive down for it. Great prices on food, especially the meat and fresh foods. Favourite Korean grocery store in Vancouver. Most places I find costly, but they have reasonable pricing and great variety.

I decided to stop here and check the market out. The sight of freshly made tteokbokki and Kimbap was hard to pass by. If you are craving some spicy and delicious, tteokbokki will hit the spot. The vegetarian Kimbap was fresh and yummy. Go check them out and you will be so glad you did.

The prices are average but certain items can be a great deal, there are almost always discounts on certain things. The gimbap from here is addictive and a really good price, as is the tteokbokki. The cashiers have always been very friendly and welcoming.

Great medium sized grocery shop with fantastic selection of Korean food and snacks. Some self produced options like their own brand of kimchi is really good. Items tend to be average quality and up, so this isn't just another cheap little grocer, but one with decent options. Prices are reasonable and selection plentiful. There are also other Asian groceries, and this is also a good place to get certain Japanese products and typical commercial Chinese sauces, etc can be found here as well, but if you want a high end XO sauce it probably won't be here. Staff is helpful and lines are typically not long. Biggest challenge is the parking: if you don't mind walking across the not-huge parking lot you'll be fine: people seem to wait for the spots right in front of the store, but you can find parking by barely walking and distance just past the little bank. I'll let the others wait and park across the lot at busy times... Really like this place.

this is a very good location and small grocery store with full of asian food. if you are looking for korean bbq or chinese hotpot this would be a good place to go with. it had vegetable meat and a wall full of ramen. because it is small, it save tons of leg work. from one asile to other.

This store has really good quality products and really wonderful service. The cashiers and very kind and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone in the community. Honestly has better products than tnt. Also has the best tasting fruit it is always sweet.

Good location easy to commute by either car or bus. It’s small, but having most of essential stuffs. Price is a bit high, but you can find some good deals on discount items.

There was a Korean lady working at the cashier, she is very friendly and helpful.

So, definitely visit here for convenience and experience good services.

Veggie are nice and fresh. Love the kimbap and tteokbokki are so good. All meat are nice and fresh. Have a lot of different kinds of marinated meats ready to go. If you looking for hotpot and Korean BBQ ingredients, highly recommended this supermarket

For fresh, clean and reasonably priced vegetables, Assi mart is my favorite. I pretty much get most of my Korean ingredients here as the pricing is generally fair. The fruit section however is pretty unimpressive. The meat section is OK, but not competitive. Overall this is still my favorite Korean market in the Coquitlam Center area

I have been a member of Assi market for many years, specially since they opened one on Johnson street .
All products are in best condition specially the meat section, I poetically love the chicken and beef, their ground beef is one of a kind, you can’t go wrong with. Now the personal are most friendly , polite , patient and clean. Unlike some other stores, all customers have the same value. Since I am a member every one a while I collects good amount of cash on my card. Before I forget their vegetables, fruits, supplies are the best. I even learned some words. Kampapnida, thank you.

For a small store, it is very well stocked. The homemade prepared foods, kimchi, and side dishes are delicious. Because of the size of the store, you can get in and out quickly.

Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and delicious. We love their vegetarian kimbap made on-site.

Really high quality produce at low prices! Good selection of snacks, noodles, tofu and frozen foods. I prefer to come here than the larger grocery stores in the area if I can help it.

Good place to shop Korean groceries. Prices are reasonable compared to the larger Korean supermarkets.
Parking can be tight at certain days.
