Nuk Store

Just sharing my wonderful experience here at Nuk Bazaar, the young lady who assisted me today on my wish pick up did fantastic job as she explained thouroughly the store policy regarding their store hours on weekends and weekdays. She's so nice and I really appreciate it. I patiently waited for my turn because the store was busy when I came in around 2:48 or so. Still their service is quick even if she's on her own with 5 costumers are waiting for their turns. Will definitely comeback. On the Side note she mentioned about trying their variety of Filipino products. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Good sales talk.. ended up buying few items ❤.

Renting a U-Haul from Nuk was very good! Nuk was very kind and helpful with the renting. I’d definitely come back and rent from him again :)

Good services. My Indian friend is more Filipino than you think. There are lots of Filipino staff helping. I like the samosa especially when you call Roanna for the extra sauce. Love it here.

This formerly Mang Isko Store is my go to place for "Tropics" frozen products like other asian grocery around burnaby that doesn't have which they dont realize sells very fast.

Nuk Bazaar should have these on their shelves and you will rock!

Bad experience U-Haul renting.

Just someone who's previously rented the truck just leaves the keys inside and Im just lost my reservation and my time and the person at the store just gave me a number to call because he couldn't do anything and he said his line was not good

U HAUL TRACK EXPERIENCE

I was unable to check in or out the truck online. The same thing happened to me on the rental a week ago. So I was experienced of it. Even I turned on the “location service” on my phone.

So when I needed to go into the shop (Nuk Bazaar - Burnaby, BC) to pick up my track. As I know my scheduled time to drop off the truck, the shop is closed. So when I pick up the truck I already told the lady that I can’t return the track online, and they will be closed. She told me to wrap the key in an envelope and drop off in their front door mailbox. Which is exactly what I did that evening at 6:30pm. The truck is used for 3.5 hour rental on the track. I booked for 4 hour on the reservation.

They charged me “After shop hour charge” even though I follow the instruction.

I called the shop right away when I see the invoice. They denied everything they said.

On top they charge me $10 cleaning charge. REASON: "Need to sweep out the dust on the floor" I was just moving boxes and there’s nothing dirty about it. I feel strongly that the shop just charged people small extra amount and hoping no one complains about it.

I definitely very disappointed on my experience this time.

I rented the U-haul truck twice within two weeks. What a huge difference on experience on the two different locations.

Ordered a mattress bag from U-Haul for a pickup at this location. When I arrived, I was told that they did not receive any order and i can only talk to U-Haul for a refund. If you want to buy or rent anything from U-Haul, DO NOT get it from here.

Response to owner: Yes, I had to wait on the phone for almost 30 mins to be able to talk to the customer service of U-Haul and cancel the order. Plus the time to drive there and pay for the parking. It's a frustrating experience.

Rented a Uhaul for the day. They gave it to me with half a tank of gas, I returned it with the same amount. The employee told me I didn’t fill it up enough and charged me $15. I tried to argue that I gave it back to them with the same amount, they said without a picture of the tank gauge they will have to charge me. They had my card on file, so I couldn’t refuse to pay for what I didn’t owe them. Don’t make the same mistake I did, they have no trust in their customers.

Do NOT pick up your wish orders from this store, unless you don’t have a job. I went on a Saturday to pick up my items. I got there at 3:37 and they wouldn’t give me my orders because it was past 3:30. The store is open til 7 I think. This store is never busy. All they have to do is scan my barcode and give me my packages. I can see the packages from the front door. It’s not like they have to go to the back and the store would be unattended. Like I said, if you have a job pick up times during the week are impossible. I will drive to a different city from now on to pick up my orders.
