Superb store with all your groceries and the best part I liked was E cart no line no chaos. It was very simple and easy, I would say easier than self checkout. Just grab scan put it in the cart and pay it off that’s all. They also have students discount on every Tuesday. Thank you for saving students.

Nice store with a good selection of food. Store was clean when I was shopping there.

Prices are high, but, the quality is there more often than not. By lowering prices and maintaining quality they would crush Galen Weston and his inbred family.

Has what I'd expect from a grocery store sometimes really good deals, but like all grocery stores these days, you have to shop smart and shop around. Pharmacy staff were great.

Something to keep an eye out for at Sobeys are the "This Store Only" sales. Stock that might be getting close to date is usually marked down to clear out.

Great selection of organic and gluten free. Lots of space in store aisles. Good layout.

Good people who work there are very Friendly.

Often teeming with hustle and bustle, the arrangement can be somewhat puzzling. Notably, the meat department stands out with its distinctive offering of in-house "aged beef."

Tidy. Well stocked. Fast checkout. Plenty of parking.

Organized and the staff is helpful. The fruit and veggies are fresh. The cakes from the bakery are really good as well.

I go out of my way to go to this Sobeys. I find it has the best selection and it's the only one I've found that carries a fresh unfrozen rapport pie from my hometown. I find the layout a little weird to get around from the bakery/meat section to the rest of the store but still 5 out of 5 stars
Update, still my favorite sobeys in the city although it's getting more rare to find the small square rappie pies they carried, update Haven't seen the rappie pie in awhile

Today I showed up at the bakery to grab some cupcakes for my little guys birthday. They had none out that I could see. I asked the lady working behind the bakery if they had any and they did not. She did not hesitate (without me asking) to quickly go out back, grab some from the fridge, frosted them for me + put some sprinkles on top of my choice. Very kind gesture as I was also on a time crunch and I was not expecting this at all! I wish I knew her name but she was working around 4:30 pm today ☺

I really miss this sobeys. When we lived in Halifax, this was our go to. Everything is always stocked, and super fresh. There are a few long standing staff who I loved to see whenever I went in. The washrooms are always clean, and when you go through self check out, the staff are actually THERE, ready when you need help.

Local stores always keep tabs on our needs.

Bill Sobey was a friend I had through his life. He was always sneeking in business questions as he played with his friends on a daily level.

He had a desire to keep his friends happy . And if he could help the community around him at any time = he was always dipping into the world of selfishness to create a fix need!

....as well as his brother Donald. Their father taught them well....without loyal customers we are nothing?......

I found two things that surprised me. Lots of different kinds of bologna! Perhaps this is the result of really high beef prices. Also, I was surprised to find a sprite zero. Strangely I have not been able to find it anywhere else. Someone in our family really likes it and I look every time I am in the pop aisle at any store. This is the first time I've seen that sprite product in years.

Nice store and has better deals and choices than other Sobeys stores in the city.

Excellent store, great selections, and even more it is one of the branded "Extra" stores, that supposedly caters to a higher-end clientele, it seems like an ordinary store with higher prices.

I really love this store for some reason. It's got all the typical grocery items like you'd expect. We needed piping tips the other night and sobeys had them for a pretty reasonable price. They have a "health food" section that's really interesting to walk through. They also have our favourite coffee (just us brand) on sale fairly often, which is great. Overall a really good store- clean and organized, just a touch overpriced.
