Pretty typical Home depot location. Usually has what I need in stock. Like most stores, you can't rely on the online app inventory numbers if your in an emergency.

I've been there a few times in 2022. It's a huge place, larger than Rona I would say. But they don't offer so much more choices of brands. But prices are good, everything is well organized with many signs on top to help to find what you are searching for. Finally, there are a lot of employees to help to find stuff and also at the cashier. Will keep to go there often.

This is by far the best Home Depot I’ve ever used. I lived in Toronto and Montreal and visited more than 10 locations but this one stands out. Everybody in there is really helpful, really friendly, but not over the top. They are very approachable and just provide incredible service. It’s my go to hardware store. I love this Home Depot.

We have had great customer service every visit. We have dealt with most departments and always find the associates extremely helpful. We are English-speaking with limited French language skills and they will find us an English-speaking associate if required when we are having trouble communicating in French. We are giving them most of our business now because we feel valued as a customer. They did a price match for us too. Thank you Home Depot Granby for many positive shopping experiences.

I love the store the staff is always great no matter what department you shop in had a big deck building project and must have taken in total at least an hour and a half going over calculations and estimation costs. The staff was always great with me from the cashier to the clerk's in the aisles to the gentlemen's doing the estimations with me I would highly recommend anyone to go .their prices are always fair and if you manage to find cheaper elsewhere, they'll beat the price. Don't hesitate if you're in the area make this your store as well.

I met Philippe in the electrical department. This person spent the time we needed to figure what I needed.
It was a most pleasant and helpful experience. All the other staff that I came into contact with during the same day were also very helpful with any questions I had.

I had just moved to Montreal the day before Labor Day and would the start class the day after. Labor Day was the only day I had to do some shopping for the apartment! Of course, everything was understandably closed, except for some stores in granby. I drove an hour there in the pouring rain, feeling very nervous that my French was not good and hoping I’d be able to get everything done. Home Depot staff were so helpful. Gilles and Jacques (Jacques-Guy? I’m so sorry, I even wrote down his name and can’t find it!) were super kind and gave me a lot of advice when I was feeling lost about finding everything or deciding on things like how to install a shelf! I was very touched by how helpful and nice they were. Made a big difference in my week, since I was very stressed out and exhausted from my move. Thank you very much for helping this poor little anglophone student. :)
