Consultant name Kamal (kam) at the livingstone shoppers is really nice. Always helps us and explains all deals and everything else really well. Helps us get more points by telling us awesome deals. She’s really nice and warm. Will come back on this location only.

My favorite Shoppers by far! Always well stocked and organized. The store management is superb. (Love the pharmacists and the managers) 👌

This location is the best to shop at in my opinion.

I did a quick stop to grab few cleansers and moisturizers and have been helped by Jessica right away!
She is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products! She even taught
me ways to use my points which is amazing!

Update: still love it! Pharmacy was quick and not like other shoppers that make you wait until next day.

Update on my review.. I came
In today and forgot my other card so was limited on how much money I had with me, I had to put something back but Michaela went above and beyond and put some of her money from a gift card she had. She really didn’t have to do that but insisted and I’m so grateful for her. Thank you Michaela!!

Don’t know why so many negative reviews. I go to this store often since moving out this way and never had any issues with anyone working there. They’ve always been friendly and helpful. Lol and to the person below, why give the store a bad review for construction that has nothing to even do with shoppers, 🤦🏼‍♀ Seriously?!

This Shoppers DrugMart is well maintained by management and staff! Cosmetic employees are very knowledgeable and always have great recommendations and in stock levels. It’s a pleasant shopping environment and i love collecting my PC optimum points here.

I love visiting the beauty department. Very helpful and knowledgeable manager and her staff. I visited during a special event which was lovely. Would highly recommend talking to them for beauty recommendations.

KAM was such a great cashier i met today. She was so good at explaining the special deals going in store. I loved her :) She deserves a great appreciation for her amazing attitude towards her job & making customers happy :)

Had the pleasure of conversing with Melissa at the beauty counter today. Helped me purchase some Vichy products and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took care to make sure she knew what my skin concerns were and I was extremely confident with her selections. And took care to keep a safe distance between us. I live quite close to another shoppers location but will now only shop here for my skincare needs. Thanks Melissa! With everything going on in the world at the moment, it was nice to not be treated like an escaped lab monkey!

I just witnessed a bit of humanity. I'm not sure which manager you are, but giving that young man food when he was so clearly lacking raised my spirits and made me belive in this messed up world. It may have seemed like a little thing but that man clearly needed a mommas tough love and bit of human decency. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff here do an awesome job. They work very hard. Its so organized and consistent. Its very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great store to shop at and great place to work.

Great people there, very knowledgeable, heĺpful and nice. Its like the way it used to be. They also have great deals on an regular basis . Im glad I pick this outlet .

Parking is very convenient, a little pain getting out as there is construction. Meets me needs for Shoppers Point Events and can get hectic on weekends.

Very well stocked with above and beyond customer service. Also is conveniently close to my house so it's perfect.
