Cavallaro

Cavallaro on St. Charles is always a must when I'm in the area! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Angelo is wonderful and always so helpful and nice to chat with. They have many italian products that can be difficult to find anywhere else on the West Island. Cavallaro also offers an abundant variety of fantastic cheeses and cured meats, some of which I have yet to spot anywhere else! Dont forget to pick up some cannoli, they have the best ones in the West Island. It's always such a pleasure to stop by!

Sum it up in three words, (1) service (the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff), (2) Meats (fresh, with a wide selection) and (3) Pizza, (the best thick crust pizza anywhere!! , with most amazing and freshest toppings. The pizza is a go to, for larger gatherings, or an on-the-go for a quick meal choice, lunch, dinner, even the next day 🙂). Do not pass by without going in. In fact, head to Marche de l’Ouest today.

Great little place to get all your Italian treats! Their traditional pizzas is one of the biggest highlights, I would recommend their Foccacia. Call in advance to order if you can cause sometimes it goes fast!

Showed up to buy a tomato pizza. This was my first time at this store. My husband and I were greeted by Angelo, WOW! He took the time to chat with us, we got to try a couple of samples (he educated us on the cheese) we walked out with tomato pizza, garlic pizza a dozen panini, cold cuts and AMAZING cheeses that I never heard of. His staff was friendly, the store was spotless and well organized. I'm so happy we found this treasure and can't wait to go back. It's worth the 1hr15 drive.

We love the service at Cavallaro. They have a wide selection of meats, cheeses and bread products. We go back regularly for a good reason!

The best Italian grocery on the West Island. They make the best sandwich platters and pizza. I am not sure why there are no pics. Of the sandwiches, cheese plates, different types of pizza or I have just not found it yet...

I’ve been buying the tomato 🍅 pizza for years and it’s by far the best tomato pizza in the West Island. I love their products and customer service. Great selection on cheeses as well and I have to say they make the best baguette 🥖 in town. Thank you cavallaro for feeding my family at least once a week.
