Little Burgundy

I just had the most amazing experience at Little Burgundy in Fairview Pointe Claire shopping mall. I was greeted with the most friendly upbeat person her name was Emma. She was incredibly helpful extremely accommodating and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. While I was there I was also greeted by another very friendly member of the team named Stacey. I believe she is the manager they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome comfortable and have such a fun pleasant interaction. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a terrific experience and unique pieces that others may not have. I can’t wait to go back for another purchase and see all the friendly staff at this store

Arman was extremely helpful at the Fairview Pointe-Claire location. Was not pushy, gave suggestions, was very patient with us. He was attentive to all customers in the store as well. Great experience

Great service! Armin is a wonderful person who takes his time helping the client and he was especially great with my son. I will definitely be going back to shop at this store. They have a great selection and if they don’t have your size they will order it for you.

Wonderful service from the manager ! I’m beyond happy with the extra length she took to make sure I received both slippers for Christmas gifts. She was very kind and helpful. I will purchase again!

I came here few months ago, the staffs were nice and helpful and one of them even offered to help me lace my shoes. The cashier was really friendly with me.

Wow, what good service! Often, today, sales people pay no attention to you, however, at Little Burgandy the sales people are obviously interested in giving service. One name that stands out is Stacy, going out of her way to get me what I needed and wanted. A very encouraging experience.

10/10 experience at this store. I was about to make a purchase at Browns but had terrible customer service there (even though they work on commission ???) so I decided to check out Little Burgundy instead. The two girls working could not have been nicer!! They greeted me warmly, were excited and engaging with me as I tried on shoes - 10/10 customer service there. I was so happy to spend my money at this store instead of Browns and will continue to do so moving forward :)
