My wife and I were browsing. I was looking to compare Fender vs. Squier Jazzmasters. Not to buy, mind you. Oh, no. STRICTLY research. But the sales clerk set me up with both to set up a side-by-side comparison on a good amp. They put up with my fingerboard doodling for about an hour without complaining. Next thing I know I'm swiping my credit card and we walked out with a 40th Anniversary Gold Edition Squier Jazzmaster. Thanks, guys!

The staff here is always excellent. They are very knowledgeable and will take as much time as you need to help you find what you're looking for without putting any pressure on you. It's a beautiful store very bright and you feel very comfortable there. They have many ranges of quality and prices as well which is great!

For a music store in the West-Island Montreal, this is exactly what we needed. Very attentive, knowledgeable staff. Good inventory considering that there was a void after Music-circle closed it's doors and there wasn't much of anything in the area. I have purchased thus far, 1 acoustic guitar, 1 electric guitar, 1 tube amp, 1 practice amp, cables, strings & picks. What I really like about the store is that everything is right there in plain sight ( unlike the downtown segregated store ) The Manager was really good and easily helped me with a return that I had for a guitar that was good, just ended up not liking it and got another. Very professional and I thank them for the fine service.

This review is two parts.
#1 Ayman was AMAZING!!!! We brought our guitar in for a tune-up and took the time to explain everything I could ever ask for and more. I highly recommend hi for any musical instrument question.
#2 Walking around I found another guitar I found another guitar. We don't need it but the price looked right. I noticed that it had some marks and a scuffs on it so I offered him a little lower than he was asking. $25 less to be exact. Gilles the manager told me it was a used guitar and he would get his price in a few days or so. I had just spent $80-90 on a tune-up and strings plus I bought a guitar stand $18. I then said ok, I will give you asking, but I would like another wall stand. He instead offered me 2 tshirt and a hat. You need to understand, I can afford the $20. It was more of principal at this point and I found that Gilles lacked customer satisfaction and I left -$100 and with a bad taste in my mouth.
Too bad because Ayman was GREAT.
