HERC'S Nutrition - Windsor

Mitch is awesome! Our first time there this morning and he was peppy and super knowledgeable… gave us a sample shake, great advice and was exceptionally personable! They had everything we needed and more…. We will likely not need to go anywhere else again!!!

Always have a positive experience when I go into Herc’s! Typically have great sales and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you are contemplating any supplements, I recommend you ask there cause they likely have a knowledgeable answer!

Went into this store because it was close by and convenient for me but left as a new loyal customer. Mitch and Moe are brilliant guys and through a very quick chat they knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Great conversations and clearly have a passion for the business, going above to service anyone who walks in. Can't wait for my next visit and to see the business expand

I went into Herc’s as a recommendation from my current gym and I went in with a bunch of questions about my goals. Mitch was incredibly helpful and honest. He did not try to sell me things I did not need and guided me along the store with his experience. I will be back I enjoyed our conversation.

Went in today for the first time and the first question I got was “hey man what can I help you with.” Mitch and Mo are both awesome dudes and really helped me with what I wanted from my supplements and gym equipment. I work in sales myself and their attitude and customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a nutrition store. Will be a long-standing customer of this place both of the guys are stellar and are always up for a chat about anything from the gym to what your goals are, would recommend the place to anyone.

awesome experience! it was my first time feeling confident enough to step into a nutrition store and im so glad i chose Herc's. Mitch made me feel welcome immediately and was willing to answer any questions i might have with zero judgment. i purchased my first ever protein powder and pre-workout for a good price, and was even given two free samples of different flavors! :)

im already way more excited and way less anxious about my fitness journey simply because of how pleasant my experience was here. i will definitely be coming back to restock and get a shirt to rep

Nutrition stores generally have that reputation of employing staff who have a 'holier than thou' attitude. Definitely NOT at Herc's. Amazing customer service as soon as you walk in! Probably some of the kindest people I have ever interacted with work here. Loved the options available for protein powder, & pre-workout. The prices are great too! Do yourself a favour & shop here!
