I had the best experience on Saturday January 06, 2024. I had made the mistake of going to a local competitor prior to stopping in because of an amazing sale that was on. I learned once again that cheapest price is never the best product or experience.
I went into Leons appliance section and was greeted by Renee M within seconds. Awesome service right away. She asked what I needed, patiently waited for me to send pics to my husband, checked the competitors pricing to see if a lower price could be found on the item. Explained that this washer and dryer were a higher model and nicer colour. Explained the extended warranty thoroughly. Checked delivery date and set it up. I paid and was out the door in 20 minutes. Renee is truly an amazing sales person and I greatly appreciate her professionalism. I will be back. Thanks again Renee.
*****Edit**** the two delivery guys were the best! They were ahead of schedule, happy and very nice and professional. My laundry unit was super heavy and they were able to move it in. No muss no fuss! Great job Leons!

Just got my items delivered from Leon's and it was seamless. I loved that I could track my delivery and the timing was very accurate. The delivery guys called before they came and they were super quick. Thank you again Leon's for your amazing customer service.

I met Billy in Leon’s, he is really helpful and patience and got me a nice sofa here. I am very happy with him. Highly recommend to reach him if anyone will go shopping at Leon’s.

BEST furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had. Amanda Hunter-Rosato made our shopping so effortless. There were a couple of items that we knew we wanted before even coming to the store. We were able to make our purchase through an online portal and she scheduled delivery of our furniture right then and there. They also have the best warranty programs out there. I couldn’t believe that if you don’t use your warranty you get your money back? Who does that??? Leon’s does. Thanks Amanda and thanks Leon’s. Wish I would have come to you sooner for our furniture needs.

Good furniture, price matches. Delivery guys ( Pat and Steve) were great. They made sure I got my fridge even though it was very heavy to bring up, much appreciated. I want to thank both of them for everything. Also wanted to thank the salesman Vlada for always taking good care of me as a customer, that's why I keep coming back.

Really liked the delivery tracking app. So good to be able to see approximately when they will arrive so we are ready. The 2 delivery men were great, pleasant and helpful. Problem with one of the items and they were able to fix it till Leons can check it out. Would recommend Leons.

We were surprised at how fast Steve and Pat delivered our fridge and stove. They wher very polite and very nice to talk too. Thank you so much we are very please with our purchase and the excellent service. 👍

My family has been shopping here for decades, without disappointment. Today I walked in after an underwhelming experience at Sleep Country looking for a king size mattress. We were greeted by Vlad and helped in the most professional, personable, efficient, informative, and experienced way. We instantly felt in good hands, and he led us to place a deposit on a mattress so we locked in the black Friday sale price and could sleep on the decision for a few days. Thank you Vlad! I hope I finally get my BeautyRest :)

The App they use for delivery also the text messaging, what a great idea. The gentlemen who delivered and set up were very courteous and friendly. Way to go Leon's

Delivery drivers were very professional and helpful, phenomenal service. I also loved the tracking app, it makes judging timing so simple! Would definitely recommend!

I got great customer service and these days that's nearly impossible to find. Prices were also a lot better than some places like Home Depot.
