I had an amazing experience at Ashley homestore! I walked in just to browse and ended up leaving with the most beautiful couch I had ever seen - it was like sitting on a cloud. Hassan, the team member helping me, was extremely knowledgable about every product, made sure it would fit perfectly in my space, and assured me of their warranty policy, which made me feel very comfortable purchasing the couch. All in all, based on my great experience, I will definitely be returning to purchase more furniture and home goods from Ashley’s! Ps- here’s a picture of the couch I purchased, absolutely in love with it!

Delivery men were fantastic. They were polite and respectful, put our entire new king sized bed together in probably 15 minutes max. Completely cleaned up and were very courteous. This is my second time getting furniture delivered from Ashley and they definitely have great drivers. Thanks again

Wonderful and friendly staff at Ashley in Windsor, Ontario. High quality furniture. We bought kitchen counter swivel chairs. The salesman Hassan, was very knowledgeable and could even tell us how they were made. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Took my 93 year old Aunt bedroom shopping with both of us having mobility problems. We were treated royally by Hassan who took the time to find us what we needed and show us various choices on his tablet without us having to walk around the entire store. We got everything we needed with his help! Fantastic customer service!

UPDATE: Delivery scheduled for Saturday Sept. 30 for Move in on Sunday Oct 1. Truck was 6 minutes away from her location when Customer service called to say truck had broken down (drive shaft) and they were waiting for a mechanic but because it was after 4pm they probably couldn't make it. I suggested they get another truck from their store...nope couldn't be done cause they don't have any trucks locally cause all merchandise comes out of Mississauga. Sooo.. suggested they get a U-Haul and transfer the furniture and deliver it! Nope couldn't possibly do that...only thing to do is call Customer service on Monday. Called first thing Monday morning to find out what time it would be delivered Monday...oh no they don't have us down for a delivery Monday...I reminded them that THEIR truck broke down therefore the FIRST customer on Monday that should be getting a delivery should be my 93 year old Aunt who has no bed as this wasn't a replacement bed she had NO bed to begin with! I asked where her furniture was... supposedly it had been in the delivery truck that was TOWED back to Mississauga. AGAIN...YOUR truck broke down I should be a priority delivery. Instead they treated it as if I had just purchased the stuff (not a month ago like reality) and the NEXT delivery date they could do was October 11 but they'd put us on a cancellation list (ya right). Needless to say furniture not arrive until October 11. THIS TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is Unacceptable and myself and the hundreds of people that I tell will NEVER shop at Ashley Homestore again!!!

What an amazing experience buying our furniture for our first home together. My wife and I visited the store several times and despite finding furniture elsewhere that was more affordable we kept coming back until we purchased it because of how helpful and great the staff was. Special shout out to our sales rep Moe Habib who went above and beyond with helping us in making our purchase. Special thanks as well to Trisha the store manager for making the experience memorable. Very satisfied with the level of care and patience from the sales team. Managed to find a couch both my wife and myself enjoy.

I just popped in to take a quick look for an accent chair. An hour later I I walked out the owner of a beautiful accent chair . My Salesperson was amazing. Not pushy but understood my needs and decor. She explained the Black Friday sale and the impact it had on my possible purchase. We discussed new trends and colours and made me feel confident about my purchase. I love the store and the sales staff. I believe her name was Mayrina. Tall Lebanese. Awesome job.
