Payzant Home Building Centre - Windsor

We love this store, the staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Wish they had a wider selection of products though - we hate having to go to the competition!

Great service and fair prices. Super cheerful staff . Bought my lawn tractor and fire pit from them . Easy peasy purchasing.

Terrible service. The most unprofessional and unethical company I've ever dealt with. Got a quote for doors and window. Price was reasonable and comparable to others but as soon as I indicated I was going to proceed I was told they could not do the work for the price presented. Classic bait and switch. Why are they sending staff out to quote on jobs if they are not qualified and don't know how to give an accurate price? Wasted weeks talking to a stereotypical sales person only to have them advise at the 11th hour they couldn't do the job for the price quoted. I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for supply and install services!

Update: it has now been a month since Payzant's posted they will follow up and I have not heard a word! Speaks volumes about their (lack of) service and how they treat customers!
