The Low Carb Grocery Burnaby

I was very happy to see the variety of products there. I liked how the store carries many chips as there are not many authentic Keto chips. Love the sauces I purchased and the sales they have on a regular basis. Their frozen items are great too and they sell the friendly keto bakery items. Staff all nice and friendly. Have visited 3 times within the last few weeks and Im very satisfied with the service and product.

A recent diabetes diagnosis left me looking for alternatives for things like pancake syrup and sweets. Luckily I found this place while shopping online and discovered they had a physical storefront here in Burnaby. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty empty aside from two other shoppers. I picked up maplw flavored syrup, some brand name candies (Twizzlers and Reese's), some flavored low carb pretzels, some pasta and a bag of ketchup flavored pork rinds (from a wall of various pork rinds). I don't normally have a sweet tooth but it's nice to know that there's a place in town where I can pick up a low sugar or zero sugar version of pretty much everything I could ever crave. The staff was friendly too!

Made my first order last week, it was quite large and had a few glass items. Everything is priced fairly and well within expiries and my items were packed with such care, everything arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone needing low carb or specialty grocery items!

They have all the low carb and healthy ingredients that we need in one place. I recommend that they consider to stay open until 6pm instead of 5pm.

Love shopping here for low carb gluten free options. The Sugar Free Chai from Oregon chai is amazing.

I live in Alberta so order online. I seem to receive most, if not all, of my orders from the BC store location. I have never had a bad experience from this store, in fact the customer service I receive is always top notch.
The communication from staff is phenomenal, the consideration in packaging and shipping is great. Prices are great compared to the same products on Amazon or other online stores. Kudos to the whole team there, it's so appreciated!! 😁

Great location for all things, Low sugar, Low Carb. Lots of free parking, and they also have a Loyalty membership for regulars.

I love the variety of low carb items at the store. Previously I've ordered items online from Toronto and its nice to be able to save the shipping and handling costs by buying local. The prices are competitive (not low but competitive). Anything low carb or specialized is not a cheap buy anywhere, but Low Carb Grocery saves you the shipping and handling costs if you live in the lower mainland and that's a bonus.

Great great great selection of low carb food! While our last 3 visits we had the pleasure of great customer service, our most recent visit was exceptional. The very nice associate politely offered us some samples that were absolutely delicious. Customer Service is what makes a store these days and my last experience was a 10 on the customer service level.

I have been doing online ordering from low carb grocery here and there for over a year now, it's nice to be able to have these alternatives and im never disapointed with my order. It always comes within days and packed so nicely. Well today I finally got to go check out the store while we were heading home from Victoria. I loved it! The ladies working were so kind and helpful. Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating if you have any questions. Everything from Quest chips, Walden’s Farms, Joseph’s Pitas and lavash breads, sugar free jams, and Fiber gourmet pastas. I was very astonished at the selection, given they carry many American brands. Won’t have to be making the trip down south anymore. Just keep in mind that it is certainly pricier groceries. They have a rewards program too- make sure to sign up!

In this place you can get a lot of different options for your diet. They have on line services, but if you visit the store you can see all the different options and how they really are.

Love this little place! They have such a fantastic selection of low carb treats, including bread, bagels, tortillas, ice cream, cereal, pasta, drinks, sweeteners, and so much more!

First-class service from these guys. Dozens of orders and zero errors. One breakage in transit was instantly replaced. I love the range of food for my low-carb diet. Shopping times are usually just a few days, I'm used to ordering when supplies are running low. In short, low-carb would be very difficult without them, I'm super grateful for the product choice, the service and the very fact that through Covid I managed to keep eating what I needed. 10 stars out of 5!

Awesome shop! Place is always well organized and clean. Picking up online orders from this shop is also very easy! One of the only places that carry Walden farm sauces! I usually order online to pick up in store and do a little in store shopping as well as they have huge selection of low carb products. High recommended if your looking for some low carb low calorie products.

They have a lot of stuff I have never seen in conventional grocery store. I do find the prices high but it is all specialty items for a low carb diet. There is lots of variety. Plan to spend a few minutes exploring all the different products.
