London Drugs in Burnaby's Lougheed mall has been a delightful shopping store and pharmacy in the area for decades. Friendly staff and great place to find seasonal and weekly specials. Convenient free parking with handicap parking spaces and easily accessible entrance through the mall.

I had an excellent experience at this London Drugs. Recently I was returning a camera as I purchased the wrong item online. Keith helped me with the return process and reassured me my item would be reprocessed as I left. He also followed up with me later that afternoon with a phone call to confirm my transaction. I never leave reviews, but my customer service experience went above expectations!

Had a wonderful experience in the photo department on Monday. Patty in the lab went Beyond what she needed to help me out and I am very grateful! Everyone who works here are friendly & kind

The morning of June 13, I went in for a last minute photo scan and print that I need in less than 30 minutes. Even though the photo lab wasn't in for another 90 minutes, this clerk made it happen. Plus, she was so pleasant. 6 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an amazing shopping experience at this LD location. Joe W., at the cosmetic department was a huge help! She was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to give her assistance when i needed it. She helped me pick the perfect cologne, Thanks Joe! I will definitely be returning to this clean and friendly location.

My favourite London Drugs location because shelves are always stocked well and organized. Great selection of products with accurate price tags. Lots of good in stores promotions too. I’ve always had great customer service here too. Good job London Drugs Coquitlam Centre staff!

My photos were not done correctly, Leilani helped me and I got my photo's redone without extra charges. She is super polite and friendly. I always like to talk to her as she is very engaging and frank. Later she helped me with headphone purchase as well. Would highly recommend others to ask for Leilani, as my experience in the past at this store was not consistent.

I would like to share my appreciation for Leilani, who works at the Lougheed Centre location. On more than one occasion her sweet smile and willingness to help the customers have made my day! She gives 150% to her job! I was in a pretty big line up (as usual this store location is always understaffed intentionally, don't believe their 'someone called in sick' excuse one bit). I had to pick up something from the Photo Centre and unfortunately I left my wallet in the car and she offered to help in-spite of being the only person at the counter. I was so pleased when she told me that she will remember me by face when I come back and I won't have to wait a lot. I am thankful for staff like her! - Kelvin

I just want to share my good experience dealing with Leo at Auto Insurance. I called their 1800 # and he was very helpful, pleasant, and he made sure that I was satisfied with the result of my inquiry. He went the extra mile for me. he is definitely a rockstar! If you need insurance for your car, talk to him and he won't disappoint!

I was helped at the photo pickup counter by Leilani, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is down to earth and easily approachable. She made my day. I wish all other employees were like her. She should be a manager.

I was shopping for a bunch of odds and ends at the Lougheed Mall location. One of the women that worked there walked me around to every product I asked for and gave her advice on what she owned and what was the best deal and truly cared to help me as much as possible. I wish I got her name. She was great! Thank you again!

Leilani (hope I got the spelling right) has helped me at the photo lab at Lougheed Mall for years now. She is consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. I remember being stuck making x-mas cards years ago and she helped me get it done.
How happy was I when I walked in there the other day and saw her there! Again, amazing customer service with a smile. I will always go to this photo lab for my photo needs because of her! Thank you Leilani!

Had an excellent experience with the older gentleman who works in the camera/accessories area today. He was very helpful, polite and even gave me a good recommendation for a present for my wife that had a longer warranty. I thought customer service like this was dead. Thank you so much! I met a cashier today and her name is Kama. M. I’m sorry if I don’t remember her name correctly. The customer service was beyond my expectation! She was the nicest cashier I’ve ever met! She treat every customer with a positive attitude and a big smile. She made my day! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Brought my HP active pen that came with the laptop there for service. The HP certified tech, Chris, provided me an outstanding service! definitely made my life easier. Also like his sense of humor, which made my experience even better.

We had a death in the family and were printing some photos of my grandad for the funeral, unfortunately my mom struggled with ordering online and got the wrong size - Leilani provided amazing customer service and fixed our issue with kindness, sensitivity and generosity. Thank you Leilani for relieving some stress and helping us during a difficult time. A little kindness goes a long way. Amazing customer service at this London Drugs.

Lovely quiet atmosphere after 7pm. It's nice how the workers wear more of a uniform (slacks or workpants, not leggings or sweats), compared to other big stores.

I was in for passport photos. I wasn't sure if by "It'll be 10 minutes" I was to come back to the counter in 10 mins, or if I'd be gestured/called over from where I was waiting nearby, in 10 mins. I ended up waiting about 25 mins before the picture-taking worker told another worker to attend to me (give me my photos). So, maybe the expectation is that the customer comes back to the photo counter exactly, at the 10 min mark, and asks for their photos. Or then perhaps it did indeed take 25 mins. I was VERY stressed about my passport application, I didn't mind the pacing and lingering.

TLDR: If you want fast as possible service for passport photos, stand by the photo counter the entire time.
